Well, the Tweet said he had met the minister. Could mean anything from an in depth discussion, a handshake ir even just being in the same room.

As someone said the other day we are now in the final month of Roland's original 3 to 6 months for approval. It's already ludicrous but I can't think of a word to describe it if it gets to beyond 6 months.
