The whole Cooper /Doriemus business seems largely irrelevant. It was an asset Oilex acquired for next to nothing and then tried to get shot of for similar. It needed a lot of cash to develop so Oilex could only have done anything with it had Cambay delivered.
Don't believe for one moment that once they agreed to sell, that gspc have been deliberately holding things up. Basically they have wanted out for years. From a purely selfish point of view my total assets, such as they are are reduced by a third and now no dividend. No doubt the sp will eventually recover but at my age (71) I don't have time on my side.
