Exactly right dyl. So why would the new jv cough up, and why would Oilex need to engage, if anything was agreed. As far as I can see, if nothing is forthcoming from the cash calls, the only way Oilex could fund drilling is by farming out say 15% to the new jv. That would in turn depend on the valuation of that 15 % being enough. Another possibility is to sell or farm out the lot and concentrate on the Irish Sea.

Yes dyl. It would be good to know. There seem to be contradictions in what we have been told. We know they have dropped all legal action. They say they will continue to engage with all parties, including new jv partners. What's engage supposed to mean? If there had been some mechanism agreed with gspc to pay something from the farm out proceeds, why would they need to engage with the new partners? Sounds like nothing is definite. We also know that the gspc tender document said there were no debts attached to the farm out. All sounds a bit lame.

when the rns we are all waiting for finally drops, how much information we will initially get? We are all making predictions on the sp which are dependent on how much gspc get for their 55%. Given that it is a confidential process, will they be able to tell us that? Will they just tell us the name of the buyer and little else? Will gspc issue an rns or press release telling us more? Thoughts anyone?

Looks like the rise has ground to a halt. Not surprising really given the lack of news. It was probably driven like the rest of the market by the partial return to normality as the world eases back towards some sort of new normal. The sp is just a bit below where it was before the crisis started. Atb.
