If you have read my posts from earlier you will have seen that I am delighted the sp has got to where it is, if a little annoyed at myself for not selling out in the mid 0.3's on Thursday. Hi Callum. What always strikes me when people try to put a value on the resources is that they always quote the sale price as though it is pure profit. Surely what we need to know is what % of the sale price is profit. Not trying to be negative just interested. Atb.

Hi pe. Don't think panicky is the right word. Irritated, maybe, at my self, for not selling in the High 0.3's on Thursday. I first bought 6 years ago at 2.5p and now have 6.65 million at an average of 0.32p. Until the news on 15th Feb I gave myself maybe a 10% chance of breaking even, so I was delighted with the rise and annoyed that I missed the boat. Nobody knows what will happen on Monday night/Tuesday morning. Hoping to get another opportunity but nothing is certain. 0.5 cents is 0.28p
0.55 cents is 0.30p
0.6 cents is 0.33p
0.65 cents is 0.36p

Thanks Callum. Wish I had your faith. Love to think it will reach those levels. I would say I can't see it myself, but then again, as you and all the board regulars know, I never thought it was less than 50/50 it would reach my break even. So come Tuesday, I will just play it as it comes. If it goes up a decent amount, I will watch it like I hawk and sell if it peaks and drops by say 10%. If I can get out at 0.3ish, I can't complain. Equally, wouldn't be surprised if it opened lower in the absence of further news. Don't know if Joe's interview will shed any new light.
We should get a good heads up from asx after midnight on Monday. If it closes at 0.6 cents or above it will look good for Tuesday.

Steven. I'd be surprised if we drill and get results before the last quarter this year or first next year. They may be able to restart the old Wells fairly quickly for a bit of cash flow.
As regards finance, I think to fund the purchase, drill two Wells and general cad burn for a year they will about 9-10 million usd. I would think unless the sp goes much higher soon it would be impossible to get that much from a placing. You'd feel that jv or a jv plus placing is more likely, except that Joe emphasised how good it was to have 100 %. So who knows. Atb. Gls.

We have already had a pullback from about 0.44 to 0.295 so hopefully there will be some sort of rise on Tuesday. We should get some idea from asx after midnight on Monday. Needs to rise from the current 0.3 to 0.55 cents to be equivalent to the 0.295p here. Gla.

Just for clarification, I meant the first bit about Oilex paying tax on an increased loss not about the placing at a higher level which is almost certainly right.
