Jrl. I agree absolutely that Johnson's visit has fook all to do with Oilex. I thought as much last week when some were saying it was significant, but kept quiet for the reason you just demonstrated. I mean why on earth would a tiny deal between a small Australian company and a large Indian one even be mentioned?
Just because, I am no longer invested doesn't mean, I can't still take an interest, as others such as Spantrout do. I have no agenda, positive or negative except that I hope those still invested, especially Steven, who has risked a lot, do well. Also, I have no idea where the sp is headed, as so much depends on the finance. If it dropped further I might have a punt. Not saying, I expect it to, or want it to, but who knows?

Completely wrong. Gspc, after 10 months of negotiations agreed to sell its share at that time. OILEX declined to bid as it didn't have the cash for the then expected price. A preferred bidder was identified who dropped out due to covid circumstances. This enabled Oilex to step in for the bargain basement price of 2.2 million usd. Lucky for all us lth's even though at horrendous cost for the wworld. Atb.

Sorry that article is just plain wrong. Nowhere in any rns does it even imply that. It would be impossible. Years ago, when they first talked about these two Wells they used to talk about ordering the long lead items for the drilling. They won't have the finance to get that far until this quarter. Atb.

Morning Gareth. Not sure where you get the idea that drilling will be completed by Q2. Probably wont start until Q4 at the earliest. Unless you are referring to the restating of the old Wells? The only things they have said are expected in Q2 are completion of the deal and finance. Atb.

Gareth. Not a question of seeing it as a negative. A perfectly valid question. The 5 million is assets not cash and Oilex have said they are negotiating finance for the purchase and other costs.

It was not a raising but an exercise of options which were issued in conjunction with the series D loan. As with previous loans the value of the options was equal to the value of the loan. The idea is that if the sp rises the options are exercised and the incoming cash pays off the loan. For previous loans the sp did not rise and the loans were repaid. Atb.

Hi MI. Must admit when you said it would go back to 0.4 I didn't really believe it. After all, In his interview Joe didn't really say anything we didn't know from the rns. Turned out to be enough. As you say, no point in getting involved again unless it goes lower.
