The recent share consolodation means there is a huge amount of shares in circulation, therefore increases in sp will be slow. However sustained buying as we have had then an rns confirming quataries or chinese are investing more will back up the takeover speculation and the shareprice hopefully will shoot up very quick.

Fully loaded mate wish i had more funds. I am just going to hold GKP as long as possible will topslice when we get to about 1.50, i definately would not trade it anymore, agree that we are reaching critical stage, lots of good news strung together and more to come, hopefully moves up to 1.50 level very soon. got high hopes for my yell shares which i got at 37p, should be up to the 42p rights issue price soon then hopefully slow rise from there. When i get some more funds i am looking for good entry point into char and pci.

totally agree, bidding war between quataries and chinese would be great. I am also big into Gkp - which is looking fantastic - but on past experience it tends to drop on good news. Have you looked at kdd it is another one with great potential.

added to that it is likley that there will be a takeover at some point

I feel general market sentiment from the Dubai loans affected sp - only temporary. Dont see how the Dubai loans will affect this moving forward. Great prime real estate, solid investors(quatar/chinese), olympics, and debt issues resolved. It will move slowly because of all the new shares issued but longterm this is solid and will only go up.

This was moving up nicely a few points a day until last week which was bad on markets with Dubai thing. I am of the view this week will be better, as the market improves so will SBD

Me too must admit i was tempted to offload some but stuck it out. looks like its onwards and upwards from here. Think people who have been watching and waiting since consolidation will have their buy signal now.

Commercial property values rise for 3rd month in a row up 1.9%. Further good news this share looks better and better, hoping for further steady increase next week.

Got a feeling lots of investors have broke even and are selling. So short sighted if this holds this level it is onwards and upwards.

Great buying pressure towards the end, should hopefully see more upward movement tommorow.

Agree totally i am going to topslice when these double and leave other shares until they are taken over. Dont think i will get to my target exit prices though as this will def be brought it has too much going for it.

Agree i am definately in for the longterm, however i feel that if sp stays stable for next few days it is a massive plus and the share will start its increase a lot sooner. I guess alot of people were waiting on sidelines for a drop before investing, if this does not come we might start to see lots of buying at this level because we both agree this is a great share to be in for the future.

Bid uptick to 144.5 and holding steady.

This has already taken place,i believe they had a 60%take up of this offer and sold the remainder of the new shares at 1.30pence, i purchased my shares after this period so was not entitled to the 1p shares, not sure when the cut off date was. I have phoned barclays who say there accounts will be updated overnight, you can still trade these over the phone if you want to.
