Is it a coincidence that the consolidation is timed with the upcoming annual general meeting, on June 23. IMO we can expect some positive announcements from HBR so they timed the consolidation with the general meeting. Can this be a sign- only time will tell.

BP MCAP is £62.9B @ £3.10 SP
HBR MCAP is £3.8B @ 20.59p (or 20x20.59= £4.12) SP

All I can say is that my Average is a lot higher than the current SP. I have been holding this stock for almost a year and was part of the bloodbath from August -November 2020. Everyone has the right to buy and sell as they wish, I guess we can only share our point of view (facts based if possible) with fellow investors to help them make a more informed decision as we are stronger together.

I agree in most consolidation SP would drop initially. HBR SP is already heavily discounted IMO, I cannot see s a good reason for the SP to drop following consolidation, HBR is not a struggling business and isn't making losses. In fact, HBR is a cash cow and is printing £millions at the current POO. All the long-term holders including myself are looking forward to Caption Cook updating us on our quarterly results and we also early awaiting for dividends as promised in the previous investor's webinar.

Pearls I wouldn’t worry about today’s reactions: The paper hands got bit of a shock. It’s good for them to sell now and they we can move forward.

We just need to remember 5 points:-
1. HBR is making lots of daily profit regardless if POO is trading under $70.
2. Debt not maturing soon.
3. HBR can profit use to pay of debt quicker and set up more oil rigs to increase production (so more profit).
4. The MCAP doesn’t reflect HBR income.
5. We have a experienced team taking the company forward and we look forward to the dividends announcement soon.

Agree Jayhuss, I remember AML shares were not moving up much just like what’s currently happening with HBR. AML shares shot up from £13 to £20 following share consolidation. It’s about time we move on from the penny stock association and the £4+ SP will help attractive more investors.

It’s great news. I remember that Aston Martin SP so low and the SP wasn’t moving up much and once the AML share consolidation happen the SP started to move up so. Let’s hope SP starts to moves ^

The SP should be over 40p at the current POO. Not sure why we are all Obsessed with Brent going over $70! If POO is trading at let’s say $68 then the company is still making lots of profit so can we please stop sharing POO updates as it’s really getting boring.

Eventually the good news will have positive impact on lots of businesses including HBR. IMHO Captain Cook needs to offer dividends soon to incentivise investors to hold on the the Stock.

All I can say is that I am still holding on since from the 32p high as the fundamentals say that is a good stock to invest in and it certainly a bargain at the current price. So to all the LTH you’re not alone I guess we just need to give it some time for the storm settle down.

HBR is generating lots of daily profit regardless of the POO so the current MCAP is a barging and the P/E Ratio just doesn’t make sense at the current MCAP.

I believe this will start to rise from the moment dividends are announced.
