Will he and fellow astute directors turn this fledgling AI company into a billion pound colossus....perhaps YES...gla

Professor Ronjon Nag

Executive Director

Professor Ronjon Nag is an inventor and entrepreneur. He is an Adjunct Professor in Genetics at the Stanford School of Medicine, becoming a Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow in 2016.

He is a founder and advisor/board member of multiple start-ups. His companies have been sold to Apple, BlackBerry, and Motorola. More recently he has worked on the intersection of AI and Biology.

He has been awarded the Mountbatten Medal by the Institution of Engineering and Technology where he is a Trustee, and has been winner of the $1m Verizon Powerful Answers Award. He has been a pioneer of smartphones and the ‘app stores’ they depend on. He was awarded the 2021 IEEE-SCV Outstanding Engineer Award, the 2024 COGX AI Lifetime Achievement Award and Professor Nag was inducted into the Silicon Valley Engineering Council Hall of Fame in 2024. He was also awarded the COGX Best AI investor award.

He has a Ph.D. from Cambridge, an M.S from M.I.T and a B.Sc. from Birmingham in the UK, and is an Adjunct Professor in Genetics at the Stanford School of Medicine.

uNK, I genuinely feel for you, as in the past I had the same problems. That is until I was given some sound advice....don't set a stop loss, particularly if you're in profit and believe in your research! Your profit is your stop loss...

I tried desperately to buy more this morning as the price plummeted, but because I couldn't get a signal on site, I missed out on a bonus!

Well JF, one thing is for sure, we had the big seller.....

Now, I'm personally not aware, or whom you are, as for me it's the first post of yours I've seen.

The seller, as I'm sure you're aware, could have had a multitude of reasons to cash out! Any number of those reasons we will not have any idea about.....

What I do know is, with the good Dr Nag on board (check out his CV) I, and a shed load of other savvy investors to boot, we could be onto a bloomin good deal....gla

Please play nicely peeps and not turn this board into a slanging match...

We all have our opinions, which is healthy, but too many boards have become septic because of constant arguments!

Anyway, thinking about the AGM, I wonder if the board may use the opportunity to set out a framework of how the company plans to move forward.

I don't expect direct reference to Dr Nag until he's officially unveiled, but just maybe they may reveal a few snippets! Gla

You're right Islandgirl, but maybe the small raise was just to see us over the line with day to day company costs.

Personally I'm thinking they already have a funding solution taken care of, and will become evident soon enough...gla

Iv been mainly in, and sometimes out with GST since 2021, so I've seen the patterns, which haven't unfortunately suited me.

I mentioned Zag, because he comes under a lot of unjustified flack on here because he ( or she!) has generally called this right for about 3 years now....! Gla

If I held as many shares as you nr1, then I'd do the same thing....with what you still hold, you may well in the near future, become extremely wealthy! (That's unless you're not already of course....) gla

The trouble with GST is, and always has been coms!

I followed Zags take on this a while ago.

It never changes, in so much as a good, solid RNA, is followed by either, a high rise slowly dragged back down,

or an RNA showing little substance:ie CASH, DOSH !

Personally, I can't see the market changing their perspective about GST until the July end of year figures are published.

I have left only my small profit here now, and have, no doubt as some of you may have also realised, that there are better bets in the short term elsewhere...ie, Capai!

With you there maidit, personally I'm thinking a bit of volatility up until Thursday. Then, if peeps have been following what's actually about to happen here, they will pile in from Friday onwards all things being equal....gla

Not really Andy, what with professor Nag's knowledge and association with so many companies, universities and Silicon Valley!

No doubt he also has associated access to institutional investors to boot, so no worries my side....
