Thanks for posting the pdf belgrano. I've read about a quarter of it so far and am getting a bit bogged down - not really my field. I suppose the important questions are, will we own anything once the company is sold? And if not, will there be any payout to Edge shareholders? My expectation is that we will get nothing. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I woke up early this morning and had a nagging doubt. Had I invested too much in Eden? I considered selling at least half my holding at a loss. I logged in and sold up in another share which I feel was the right thing to do but I decided to stick with my full investment in Eden a bit longer. Then bingo! I hope we now have a steady flow of news to keep the sp heading the right way. Eden often has periods of no news and inevitably the sp drifts down. Let's hope that becomes a thing of the past. One gold medal does not mean it will be plain sailing but it could well be the start of an upward trend. Here's hoping anyway!

I agree news is slow with Portugal and France dragging their feet but if all isn't well, why would the BOD appoint a Strategic Commercial Advisor only a couple of weeks ago? So is the halt so they can announce the rescue plan or is this the end of the road? I'm still none the wiser. I suppose we'll know more tomorrow.

Still nothing on Sedar. Is no news good news? Are they still negotiating?

I notice the last four filings were made just before 6pm ET. If today's news follows the same pattern we'll know something by 11pm BST. But we may not. The four filings before those were after 10pm ET so that would make it somewhere after 3am here. All guesswork really. Who knows what's going on.

I suppose we'll know more on Thursday. It doesn't bode well but Brad always keeps things close to his chest so who knows, perhaps we will be rescued at the last moment. I've already had one AIM investment go bust this year. I don't want this to be a second!

HL are doing my transfer. You won't be able to add more through them though. They'll just transfer an existing holding arranged with them before close of business today.

I stand corrected. We normally see an RNS in early March for the 3rd Quarter figures. This time we got the delisting news instead. Having looked at the figures on sedar I realise I've actually read information quoting them so I'm not sure what I was thinking. Apologies if I've confused anyone.

I certainly hope so. I may get a few more on Monday if the share price drops any more. It would be great to have the accounts info now. We don't so it's a risk without knowing the full picture but if the oil price rises before Edge run out of money then people buying now should be quids in. A one for one share transfer within your ISA can't be bad. For those holding, the price falling on AIM purely because of people exiting is not really an issue and it's a great buying opportunity if you feel the investment is right for you.

I've just signed up to Stockhouse so I can use the Edge Bullboard. Perhaps I'll see some of you on the other side?

That's what I've just done. I was delayed getting online and missed the best price - just my luck - but I've taken the plunge and topped up with £2.5k. A good decision? Time will tell. If it's of any interest I found out a bit more about the transfer and trading while talking to HL: Shares will be transferred to TSX on a 1 to 1 basis. They can be held in an ISA It will not be possible to buy more shares once on TSX (at least, not through HL) When selling, HL need to go through HSBC so there will be an additional charge of £15 on top the HL dealing fee. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. I noticed a spread of 66% for a while this morning, so anyone selling then was getting really bashed by the MMs. It's not fair - they always manage to make money regardless of the situation! There have been some good posters on the board over the last year or two. I haven't posted much but I've checked in a lot always found their posts helpful. So I'm taking this opportunity to say thank you and to see if there is any consensus about a new board we can use? Or any other way for longer term investors to keep in touch?

As we approach the deadline I have a feeling the sp will drop further as more people decide to exit. I'm staying put and HL will do my transfer as Robsky has confirmed. I lost quite a lot with Edge, got out briefly, the price dropped more and I got back in only to be hit a few days later by the delisting news and another drop of 50%! So I'm well down overall. My plan now is to hold for the longer term. If Edge ever make it to the much talked about 5p, I'll be in good profit but 2p would see me straight and with a few extra quid too. I hope they have what it takes to ride the storm without the need for dilution. If oil prices see a slow but gradual rise over the coming months we should be ok. Fingers crossed.

I've lost so much here that for what's left of my investment, I've decided to hold and see what happens. I've emailed HL too but haven't heard from them yet. I will transfer to TSX if it is sensible to do so. I might lose the lot but possibly Edge will hang on in there and I'll see some of my investment back in time. Perhaps I won't. This is my fourth AIM investment to go pear-shaped. Perhaps I'm just unlucky or perhaps it's just the nature of AIM! Good luck all, whatever you decide to do or have already done.

I reduced on the downturn but kept half of my investment. I still have faith in Edge and I don't want to sell at the bottom - if 1.875 is the bottom? So I'll be holding for the medium to long term. It's a tough time but they appear to be running things as efficiently as they can. I'm no expert on accounting either but I hope they are positioned well enough to pick up assets on the cheap. If they can, that will have a mulitplying effect with a slight upturn in oil prices hopefully having greater impact in driving the sp north.

A nice rise early on. Let's hope that good news is imminent. It can't be long now!
