For all intents and purposes these shares are completely worthless IMO .000099p
When the new shares are issued and they then drop to these levels, which I personally can see them doing,
someone needs to get in quick before SS gets his grubby little hands on them.
you couldn't make it up.

Dyslexic eh, at least you'r not knock kneed in the ankles and walk with an upright stoop like me so count your blessings.
Good luck we need it.
It's nice to see someone care about their grammar, a lot of people couldn't give a monkey unfortunately.
I still have a small holding here after selling the bulk in May 2021 at .002321 for a fraction of what I paid.
At the time I wondered if I had done the right thing, Glad I did as they are know trading at .000119.
I'm sure S S is, He's one of the winners in this outfit. These corporate consolidations without shareholder consent
Should not be allowed, they are one big con. Not long before the new shares will be as worthless as the old ones.
Then no doubt he will be offering new ones to raise more capital. O M O

Simple, just google it, you'l soon see whether I'm making it up or not

Ok 3.90 that makes it all the worst, What ever has been done with all that money apart from funding the management.
And now they want the shareholders to dig deep and fund them yet again. Beware
Why do they need to raise funds? Their last IPO of 2.09 went down as the worst in London's history
Take your point, it should have read at these prices.

Thanks for stimulating my lonely brain cell, at least someone has tried to answer the post I left 27th Sept albeit not
not altogether true. You haven't answered most of the points I made. Just made some up.
Where did I say I didn't hold or wouldn't be buying any shares? I could be tempted if they were on par or less than their
NAV but not until. You say "At this relatively early stage they are not paying dividends" they where founded in 2013.
You say "Instead of cutting and pasting the same clueless, unsubstantiated drivel repeatedly until you are given a new script! " I repeated one question.
If you are as intelligent as you purport to be you will see that I am trying to prevent some
innocent beginners getting fleeced.
Being manipulated up, mind you don't get your fingers burnt

I left my views 27th Sept but was shouted down. Still hold these views for what they'e worth.
I also can't read this article in The Times because of registration
Who do they reckon might be making an offer, if any. I personally can't
see it happening.

Willing to lay out over 35k and you call yourself a small fish ??
I topped up yesterday at 20.88 thinking I did well, then again at 20.49, 19.99 and lastly at 18.27.
I'm sure it's just a glitch and panic selling. Well I hope so LOL

Makes you realise who the only winners were in that deal.
These shares seem very good value for money IMO. If buyers want them they are
going to have to dig a bit deeper in their pockets. as you can see present holders are very
reluctant to sell at these prices.
Sorry to bore you all again but why would you want to sell this regular ongoing income.
a fact of life, people die, and as they do the annuities become theirs any way so why sell them for
what would obviously be less than their value.
It would be a bad idea to sell these annuities IMO. It would be like selling the family silver.
Lets face it whilst you are still in this mortal kingdom you are being paid little more than 5% of the annuity you handed over as a pension when you pop your clogs the annuity that they are holding becomes theirs and they stop paying you. I'm sure they are earning more with your annuity than they are paying you Is it any wonder companies want to by them.
