Possibly worth hanging on to see how the voting goes at the AGM? Resolution 5 and 6 will probably be voted in as it's rare not to go with the board. I'm hoping that they release some great news about the actual mining results before the AGM but it's looking unlikely.

Be great to see some of the gold extracted to-date rather than bags of rubble. A glimpse of the yellow stuff would certainly lift the dwindling share price.

Yes I have yoted against resolution 5 and 6. Really not happy with the possibility of 150% dilution and the inevitable consolidation that is likely to follow. This happened in the "old" days of this company so I suspect is likely again.

What does everyone feel about the impending voting on resolutions notified in the last RNS. I'm particularly interested in views relating to resolution 6 .....

"The Board is seeking shareholder approval to authorise the issue of equity securities on a non-pre-emptive basis up to 150% of the Company's issued share capital. This request is being made to provide the Company with the flexibility to respond quickly to growth opportunities and to strengthen its capital position, should suitable opportunities arise."

This is perhaps a more interesting bit of the RNS. They appear to have something of interest.

Has anyone any info about the deal with Constructora e Inversiones Andina Kuboc C&P SAC ("Kuboc") as Mining Contractor to operate the Bonanza Gold Mine?

I can't ever remember seeing what the payment or gold share deal was with them.

NTVO doesn't need any ramping just a steady progressive news flow. More detail about what's coming out of that mine would be good rather than speculation.

I'm out of this dog now. Lost a packet tho as I was one of the mugs that invested pre administration. It won't be the first or last time unfortunately as there's a lot of these shells around that just keep raising finance through share consolidations and subsequent share issue merry go round. Not sure how they are going to cover the £3.5 million and growing dept pile and get anything (most of the shares appear to be in retail hands now, if not all). They were issuing millions of shares previously but this is going to be much more difficult for them now.

You are still confusing stockpiles. The grade you have stated is the general site stockpiles and they will be heaps all over the site.

The 20 t one is actual vein material.
