For me this game is about trust and I’m guessing SD has just lost a good chunk of it.

I’m confident this will come back over time but unfortunately not all of us have time on our side.

Further to the Company's note on going concern in its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 announced on 5 June 2025, the Company now expects (through the management of creditors and cash conservation) it will need to raise further funds by the end of August 2025 to continue as a going concern. Whilst there can be no certainty of success, the Company is in advanced discussions regarding further funding and expects to make a further announcement about this within the coming

Some folk won’t admit the obvious Steve.

The latest RNS states quite clearly we need a raise before the end of Aug or the company fails.

Then probably another raise in October to ensure the mining can restart.

It’s not ME bashing the company, it’s the company advising share holders of the situation.

I don’t know whether he’s heavily invested and in the midst of a significant loss or just ramping.

Either way the facts should always be the base line and not hypotheticals.

But we seem to be rattling his cage Steve, sometimes the truth hurts.

Sorry for the late response but I’ve been on the golf course.

My time I spend on here is to give a balanced view of the facts as opposed to hypothetical scenarios that are posted trying to coerce those less informed to waste money on shares.

At this time buying shares here is a folly, because as soon as the price rises there will be a huge and I do mean huge number shares placed to raise the funds mentioned in the RNS.

No income until the end of the year is another problem.

I could go on but I’m boring myself with this repetitive nonsense.

Be honest with people, unless there is significant change and quickly it’s goodnight…

That’s all my opinion of course- oops the RNS is saying the same as me…..

It’s quite remarkable how this is performing, hopefully the sky is the limit.

Earlier this month you called me “brain dead” for saying a raise would be happening sooner rather than later.

As Steve has said, this company needs cash in hand, to operate there’s no cash spare to invest in bitcoin.
