Quoting company information cannot in anyway be considered de ramping and that’s a fact.

Another fact is, I was invested here when the 1500/1 debacle took place and various broken promises.

The last FACT is I put the company view forward to try and ensure others fully understand the risk involved.

“To continue as a going concern”

Further to the Company's note on going concern in its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 announced on 5 June 2025, the Company now expects (through the management of creditors and cash conservation) it will need to raise further funds by the end of August 2025 to continue as a going concern. Whilst there can be no certainty of success, the Company is in advanced discussions regarding further funding and expects to make a further announcement about this within the coming weeks.

My wording is very slightly different but I’m quite sure it’s the same result.

Do yourself a favour and read 3rd July 2025 RNS and subsequent issues from there.

There are some here that are ramping the share to regain their loses and criticise those that merely quote from news issued by the company.

The company has been very clear, it needs to raise funds before the end of Aug or it will no longer function.

There is a month of field work and sampling to be done starting end of Aug.

after the sampling is completed, tenders will issued for a workforce to start mining hopefully in Dec.

These time lines are printed clearly in RNS issued by the company.

Further to the announcement on 3 July 2025, Inveritas Global Holdings Ingenieria S.A. ("IGH"), Nativo's engineering and geological consultants in Peru, will join Jorge Pinedo at Bonanza and Morrocota at the end of August to initiate the fieldwork, sampling and modelling studies defined with IGH as a precursor to starting production with revised mine plans. As previously reported, these works are estimated to take approximately one month, after which Nativo intends to tender for contract mining operators to restart production as soon as practicable.

As many and the company are saying Dec for mining and that will be confirmed later.

Why am I here..

Well a while back it was my opinion there would be 2 more raises (due to the fact there was little or no income) before gold came out of the ground, which your pals obviously disagreed with. So I’m keeping an 👁️ on progress.

However, time will tell AND I too wonder what Mr Edward’s is planning - but I guess we will differ in our thoughts here also.
