When the desk doesn't want it, it's only going 1 way.

the market will need to drop the share price to attract buyers. the market has been doing this for a while now, but still only attracting 10p 20p buyers.

next move for the market makers is to drop this below 0.035p and hopefully they can offload to buyers.

I been told, if newco has institution investors showing interest and already lined up to invest, the valuation of the newco will be in millions and once it is relisted, there will be a lot of institution buyers snapping up newco shares sending the share price and mCap even higher.

from what I heard, EGNR has a lot of partners and followers, once Egnr become a public listed company, they will all buy EGNR shares.

If the Newco is valued under £10m then I would be extremely pe e off too.

if Newco is valued at £20m then I would think RP has made the right decision for current share holders.
