gell, for me it comes down to a calculated and well researched decision - its not risk free of course but I see Mysquar's business model as heading for significant cash production, and if the company gets bought out by a larger fish then its only big time upside for me, do happy to hold with patience.

Folks, it was the Times of London making that report on Tencent's approach to Mysquar- so you'd think there would be some truth in it, being from the Times afterall?

IMO Mysquare's business model is a winner and both the Myanmar market and expat regional workers traffic will place heavy demand on Mysqaure's services and the cash will come pouring in - Tencent, to mention just one player, knows this all too well hence their approach in January.

Very hard to imagine why significant upside would not come with MYSQ's business model and Myanmar's market potential.

Eric has promised "Tremendous shareholder value," and so I for one am sticking around for that.

and that's precisely why my expectation for MYSQ's sp is between 10p and 20p during 2019.

Some simple analysis:

- Wave Money was valued at $57m last March and claimed 1.3 m users in Myanmar. So if Mysquar’s mobile payments service can capture say just 20% of its registered user base in the next year then that would mean 4 million users of Mysquar mobile payments, and therefore by comparions to Wave Money, possibly valuing Mysquar at around $175m, or a share price of around 17p, based on 873m shares in issue.

The point being that, looking at the fundamentals, I’m convinced that MYSQ is not a dog, but a shining star in the making, like Momo. Eric is an odd breed, like his methods, but I believe his intentions are good and he will be rewarded, as will PI's.

also in since 2012 - will fly up past 10p on news, but where is the news? - none. Fall back to 1p, IMO.

My hope is that by the end of this month the license will be issued and full launch of mobile payments announced along with some solid news of what’s going on in the background.

Agree with that - with Trew gone now I think that the new BoD should also get rid of Bellingham and Eduardo for failure to get the job done.

If I was PFP CEO then there’s no way I would be going ahead to hand 25% of PFP to Eduardo.

I'd like to believe that bbr391, but the new BoD surely has to get down to Moz with lawyers etc to re-kick start this process again – ie road map etc etc - which will take some months yet and with no certain outcome.

On another note, I wonder what has happened to Eduardo - surely his agreement with PFP about getting 25% of the company would fall away now because he didn’t achieve his objective?
