I also largely sold out a while ago (after holding since 2012). Will keep on eye on things but can't see much happening here until maybe March/ April next year, but who can tell really.

That's my guess Roy29 - it looks like what's happend is that Mysqaur found a common theif and disguised him as a competent CEO, all dressed up in a fancy suit and tie with a goaty beard and a smooth american accent such that it was easy to lie to and con investors all along while the cash was siphoned off pretty quickly.

That's true, Clumpet - for all we know MYSQ might have been making good money which was being siphoned off by Eric and his mates.

Just an observation on Schaer's profile - the fact that he is both Chairman and CEO (ie both at the same time) of Rising Dragon, rings alarm bells straight away in terms of corporate governance.

Let's hope that with the WeChat deal being real, as Chong has said, that he can negotiate sale of Mysquar and maybe PI's can claw back something.

GG79 - the fact is that Schaer lied via the proactive investor platform and other forums and RNS's - the way you are talking its as if PI's were foolish to have listened to this smooth talking and experienced CEO and should not have believed any of the RNS's - what other information is really available to most PI's?

Schaer is a master manipulator and fruadster and has been adept at using the AIM as his platform for a long time it appears. He will be hunted down IMO.

SeedoG, that’s not a helpful comment. Honest hardworking PI’s and other parties have been caught up in this blantant corruption scandal, which according to TW and others is the norm for Eric Shaer. I find it hard to believe that this can happen in the United Kingdom, our beloved country. Give us your thoughts on how to apprehend the frauders and get our money back, and then I think you will have the respect and attention of PI’s.

For policing companies like Mysq on AIM so as they are prevented from fabricating false RNS’s time after time? It seems like there is no authority that’s functioning, and PI’s would be better equipped with lie detection skills more so than business analysis skills.

So let me get this straight... Eric is CEO of private firm Rising Dragon of Singapore, a shareholder in Mysquar? So he’s looted Rising Dragon shareholders as well, effectively. Anyone have the office address of Rising Dragon in Singapore?

I for one will gladly be on a plane to assist authorities in apprehending these crooks.

How about PI’s meet in Singapore, find Eric and hand him over to the authorities?
