Your Thoughts? IMO Very Tight 20p Spread. £91m MCAP. Sub £4K traded by lunch. Interesting!.....
MM’s Short? Spike up? Good news Imminent ? Brent heading for $70 :) DYOR
Re MarktheSpark - Link below for Great video interview with IGas CEO, all you need to know. (at 16-17min in) Each Gas Pad could generate enough Gas for Half Million Homes. 60 Pads could reduce UK Gas import dependency by 50% DYOR ;) https://www.malcysblog.com/2019/03/core-finance-ceo-interview-steve-bowler-of-igas-energy/
Hani1 - IMO Volatility due to Low liquidity (only £18,000 traded in £95,000,000 IGas so far today. suggest you buy the Dip. Cheap entry point. NB couldn’t buy any shares for 10 mins after the open when 11/3 RNS issued. DYOR
IGas Ellesmere Port inquiry - After reading the closing statements. IMO IGas will inevitably be granted permission to test with nit-picking conditions. The fact that notes will be drawn up for a future Judge suggests a granting of permission but then a possible delaying tactic of appeal. Central to the flimsy refusal is a single test flare that over a 28-90 day period will have a supposed measurable impact on global warming. ——————— Pardon the analogy but if permission is granted to drill a Gas Well then extraction of gas is blocked because it will be burnt (initial test flare or someone’s heating boiler). It’s like the local council granting permission for a petrol station but not allowing filling up of any cars because the engines will burn the petrol. ————————— The council refused planning permission on 26 January 2018, against the advice of planning officers ————————— One day I would like to have a solar powered car (as apposed to an electric car using electricity from a Gas Power Station) but I will be dead before that is feasible........ Questions to protesters - Do you live in a Carbon Neutral home, ride a bike to were you disrupt progress, delay trucks and add miles for people driving to the never ending enquiry’s? Answers on a recycled postcard. PS IGas is making steady progress, looking forward to the imminent catalyst that launches the SP skywards. ———————— Again above IMO and suggest DYOR
Ellesmere Port inquiry into IGas testing the well - I understand closing statements from the council next Tuesday and IGas on Wednesday....... Remember the well already exists, I would imagine some restrictions on flare height to reduce distraction to motorists and greater IGas engagement with community as part of a solution to enable the test. Emissions from flaring will be inevitable but for a short period. NB. Well is in an industrial area close to a motorway. An environmental study was carried out and the local planning officer had recommended approval. Government has since the refusal changed planning guidance to give more weight to Gas extraction. ——————— Additional upside I’m expecting includes favourable information on recent and ongoing IGas drilling. The possibility that onshore Gas Exploration Planning will be dealt with as Nationally Important Infrastructure (Onshore Gas Pipelines are so why not the Gas that flows inside?). A number of proposed IGas exploration projects could be approved in the coming months paid for by the INEOS Free Carry. ———————— IGas shares undervalued at below the restructuring price of 90p (When Brent was $50 and potential Bonanza Gas assets were less realised). Above IMO DYOR & Enjoy your weekend ;)
Do you smell Gas? Tinker lane WAS a success! It’s on the edge of a major potential gas field, the data is being analysed. “Drilling operations at Springs Road-1 is progressing well”. IGas —————- “The findings at the site in Tinker Lane near Barnby Moor are equivalent to a trillion dollars-worth of gas, significantly higher than at one of the biggest fracking locations in the US”. Tom Pickering, chief operating officer of Ineos Shale, said the findings could be "significant" and "transformational for the UK economy" Express —————- https://www.google.es/amp/s/www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1090344/shale-gas-found-UK-nottinghamshire-fracking-Barnby-Moor-Ineos-IGas-Energy/amp

On the fence regards investing in IGas? IMO IGas is cash flow positive and has low debt. The conventional oil production and a $242 million Free Carry on Shale Gas Exploration allows IGas to make steady progress on its gradual switch from Oil to Gas as its main source of revenue. Natural Gas is an ideal transition fuel to a renewables energy future. Why invest in IGas now?.... Regardless of political outcomes over the next few weeks UK needs secure Energy. Over 80% of UK households rely on gas to heat their homes. France’s unrest was sparked by increases in fuel prices and I’m sure UK politicians will have taken note. —————————- IGas has an exploratory drill rig at Tinker Lane targeting the Bowland Shale. I believe it will start to show early signs of Gas and possible oil reserves in just a few days (mentioned by others here as eye-balling the cores). —————————- Addition upside, Ellesmere Port Planning Appeal next month to test the Gas flow. Remember the well is already there and IGas just needed permission to test. NB. Recommended for approval by the planning department but refused on I believe flimsy grounds as not being inline with the councils renewables energy policy...... Question....How can IGas get Government approval to drill but subsequently not be allowed to test whats there? IMO Ellesmere Port will be approved as it’s only a test and is part of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project to identify what potential energy is under our feet........ IGas RNS...... Government launched two consultations: one that will consider allowing exploration wells to be drilled under permitted development (i.e. without the requirement of a planning application); and another on the inclusion of shale production projects into the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects regime.........IGas RNS.....Britain needs a diverse supply of energy which protects and secures UK jobs and UK taxes. Imported gas currently costs over GBP13 million a day - money that is not generating jobs or tax revenues in this country. —————————— IGas restructured at 90p when Brent was $50, with OPEC meeting shortly and a rise back to $80 possible, coupled with IGas production hedged almost a year in advance revenue is I believe secure. Three wells (Tinker Lane, Springs Road and potentially Ellesmere Port) therefore three chances of significant Gas reserves to be proved up in the coming months for under the Radar IGas. —————————— The British Geological Survey estimates that the Bowland Shale alone could hold up to 1,329 Tcf (37.6 trillion cubic meters) of gas in place. With a recovery rate of 10%, that would mean recoverable reserves of as much as 3.8 Tcm, enough to meet the UK's current gas demand for 47 years. .....

RNS - Great confirmation of production. IMO If JV did nothing but run the Mine as they are doing, fast forward 18 months, JV could be pouring 30,000 oz PA ($36m) with realistically 50% Margin ($1200 Gold/$600 Costs). Ariana making potentially $9.1 m PA Gross (51% JV Profit share). NB Ariana is at the moment worth potentially less than the Value of the Gold in the Kiziltepe stock pile (6 months/15,000 oz) —————————— With Salinbas counted as a bonus AAU at £14.5m MCap is a Joke! This should Gap up when penny drops with New investors. Above is IMO & DYOR
Thought for the day Michael de Villiers has had the opportunity to see with with his own eyes the Stockpile of Gold at Kiziltepe (AAU 50%) IMO There could be 15,000 oz of Gold worth $18 Million Dollars (Minus modest milling costs) sitting in a heap 75 meters from the mine doors and the JV could potentially mine a similar amount every six months for another 8 Years? ......... They have two other potential mine sites with currently 50% and 100% holding. Question - Why would the Value of Ariana (£14million) be about the same value as the gold that sits in one stockpile??? .......... IMO A take over Target at this crazy low price!? DYOR
Guys my Due Diligence and a responsibility to be cautious when quoting figures wouldn’t allow me to overstate anything other than AAU published figures regards resources in the ground. If there’s more Gold and Silver found than forecast I’m not complaining or selling anytime soon. Good luck all....... Looks like the recent road building has been a convenient way of sampling additional rock at Salinbas ;) ...... My thoughts confirmed after listening closely to the Mining Maven podcast (23/10/18). Given that the Bonanza Hot Madden discovery is a breccia pipe, and as many believe a lucky find from drill hole in just the right place. (I understand a breccia pipe is a chimney of mineralisation, formed at intersections of fractures) I’m betting on one or more breccia pipes exist on the adjacent land of Salinbas just 16km to the south of Salinbas and 7km south of Ariana’s Hizarliyayla.(Copper Creek USA has 500 mineralized breccia pipes in a Buried porphyry-style so hopefully there is a chance a few could exist on adjacent land to Hot Maden) Apparently the Salinbas drill cores have been re-examined and hints of Breccia Style mineral intersections have been found. Additionally there are continuing intrested parties looking at Salinbas but Ariana want to do more drilling to increase the existing resource considerably above the present Million ounces. ——————— Could Lidya and Sandstorm be the intrested parties?, it would make sense to extend the Hot Maden mine life and give more options on mine location!? ———————— Ariana Resources is seriously undervalued IMO at under £14m MCap, considering now its a gold producer at Red Rabbit, has lots of gold discoveries including Salinbas with 1m oz and potentially expanding to *2.7m oz (28/06/18 *JORC Exploration Target) as the search progresses for a feeder zone. Even at low grades Salinbas project must be worth $20-40m? and with a potential future High Grade Breccia Pipe discovery much, much more. Salinbas could be a lucrative addition to a hypothetical intrested party with a gold mine already planned and importantly costed for at the adjacent Hot Maden. NB. Hot Maden NPV, using a 5% discount rate, is $1.1 billion. The 30% previously owned by Mariana was sold to Sandstorm for $175m ————————— Above IMO DYOR ————————— Sandstorm/ Hot Maden Link https://www.sandstormgold.com/our-royalties/hod-maden/ Link to AAU RNS PDF with informative drill plan for Salinbas/Ardala ( includes quote ........ Valiant pennylots - we think it, you say it !
IMO Existing major shareholders are confident to keep increasing on the dips. Interims should confirm IGas have low debt, be cash positive and have a substantial ring fenced previous tax loss to help bottom line. ———————- IGas have a strong partner in INEOS (one of the world's largest manufacturers of chemicals derived from Oil and Gas) who are providing the bulk of Free Carry on shale Gas exploration. ——————- IMO Shale Gas is Coming! Disregard our resident Troll and DYOR. ——————— Some reminders of the future positives ......... 17 May 2018 Gov . Am looking forward to positive Interims. IGas restructured last year with effectively new owners and low debt. Pre 2017 is ancient history. Past positives are ring fenced tax losses benefitting bottom line and exploration Free Carry to unlocking vast unconventional gas resources ........ Brent has gone up significantly since 2017 and IGas production is hedged into 2019 to protect the downside..... My Prediction, SP will get to 139p before it gets to 39p ........ just maybe our resident Troll will then update his tiresome Graffiti TAG ;) DYOR
Just a thought? - Looking back at Interims last year IGas Shares were 49p on September 20th 2017 the release date of interims. Six days later they were 40% higher (69p on 26th). A similar bounce later this month, with favourable information rich interims (based on today’s SP) could give 150p+ ....... Again just a thought, as always don’t take anyone’s word for it or believe in scaremongering Trolls. Do the research
IMO MM’s Short and looking for Shares.... Hold .... 130p+ ???...... Enjoy the Day !
