Very few shares for sale Hold!
bccs Agree - IMO imminent breakout jump possibly back to 130p. Maybe Brent at $78 will convert IGas Non believers?....... If your waiting for a lower entry point?.... Not happening! Interims due in 3 weeks time, they should show a steady return to profit and perhaps gain recognition from rating agencies? Existing Major Investors in IGas are buying up available shares on the cheap as they know the Gas reserves locked underground will be released. Remember this is NOW a lean low debt company with prudent accountants at the helm.
Brent over $75! Each extra Dollar adds around $839,000 PA to Revenue (NB Production is Hedged into 2019 to reduced downside risk) ————————— SP at Only 12% above restructuring price (90p) when Brent was $50 makes this a inexpensive entry point. The untapped unconventional Gas assets could be regarded as all upside —————————— IMO someone had the foresight to buy a million shares yesterday 2x 500K on the cheap. DYOR, Do the Math and Disregard digressive Trolls)
If anyone is new to IGas this is a pivotal time for the company. I believe that major existing shareholders realise this and are quietly increasing their positions. The UK government are fully aware we are running out of energy “UK has gone from being a net exporter of gas in 2003 to importing over half (53%) of gas supplies in 2017 and estimates suggest we could be importing 72% of our gas by 2030” Fracking May be unpopular but the hint of a return to a three-day working week would cause major unrest and put pressure on any Government. Local campaigners are doing a great job delaying any Shale development in their community but are completely oblivious to the harm they are doing to the UK as a whole. Their efforts would be better spent protesting against “Chinese corporations (who) are building or planning to build more than 700 new coal plants at home and around the world” NY Times July 17 (NB the world breathes the same air) ——————- IMO The UK government is committed to being energy independent, with Gas playing a major part as the bridge to a renewables biased future. ——————— To help with DYOR see below..... 17 May 2018 Gov . Rising Brent this year and low debt a good combination for IGas. It’s a lean machine after a complete restructuring last year, financial and management! DYOR & disregard Trolls stuck in the past.
Positive news yesterday about further investment from Sand Grove hedge fund, an advocate of Event-driven investing strategy in the recovering energy sector. A strategy that seeks to exploit pricing inefficiencies. IMO IGas is in an inefficient market, one in which an asset's market price does not accurately reflect its true value - Sand Grove has doubled their investment to 10%, they have expertise, financial leverage and access to information. HQ is in Mayfair only 2 miles from Westminster, as mentioned by Teggsy maybe they know something? - DYOR & Disregard Trolls
We may have a professional resident Troll? - Wiki - Web brigades - “The effect created by such Internet trolls is not very big, but they manage to make certain forums meaningless because people stop commenting on the articles when these trolls sit there and constantly create an aggressive, hostile atmosphere toward those whom they don’t like. The trolls react to certain news with torrents of mud and abuse. This makes it meaningless for a reasonable person to comment on anything there” .......... Am avoiding the filter button at the moment as the Troll seems more desperate to keep his job. Let’s make him redundant and just stick to the facts boys n girls as they carry more weight than abusive remarks about our chosen investment, IGas :)
Sand Grove Doubles Stake In IGas Energy To 10%........A bit of short covering maybe adding to volatility?.......Could further investment be because of news of INEOS winning a public inquiry for shale gas exploration in Derbyshire? IGas has a public enquiry for Ellesmere Port-1 to test an existing well. IMO they have a better chance of winning (Remember the Planning officer had Recomend approval and environmental study had been done, only excuse was it was against the local councils renewable energy policy) A positive well test would be a great SP catalyst. DYOR
Interrupted by a Troll - IMO late SP surge friday on low volume suggest next leg up and Bullish opportunity. IGas Restructured in debt for equity swap at 90p with sub $50 Brent. Hedged conventional Oil production into 2019 will support company and provide investment funds while we wait for Gas exploration at Tinker Lane, Springs Road & Testing at Ellesmere Port-1 (Ellesmere is an existing well, common sense will prevail. If it’s already there why not test it? IMO permission will be granted at UK Government level as it could be designated nationally important infrastructure under ongoing government proposals) DYOR and avoid the Stinky Internet Trolls ;)

Thanks Daytona65, trust you’ve recovered ...... “residing almost directly in between Heathrow & Gatwick I just had to report the devastation of the earthquakes here in sunny Surrey..I made my way swaying to the garden, bouncing off the walls to witness 5, yes 5 dead leafs on the lawn & more shockingly the gnome had somehow dropped his fishing rod !!! “ ..... Also thanks to Informative and benevolent Teggsy .... Who.... “had already set up a Surrey Earthquake Disaster Fund to help victims of the event which had already managed to raise £1.23” —————— So this weekend, do not anger the Gods, be nice to Gnomes and avoid desperate internet Trolls ;)
RNS Positives. Albury gas-to-grid will give up to 170boepd (up to $4.5m Extra Revenue PA) by year end. ——————— Stockbridge - “Workovers on production wells have delivered above expectations” Although temporary delay in reinstatement. ———————— Cash in the bank (£14.5)and low debt (£6.8m) ———————— And..... “Further to the Written Ministerial Statement of 17 May 2018, the Government has now launched two consultations: one that will consider allowing exploration wells to be drilled under permitted development (i.e. without the requirement of a planning application); and the second on the inclusion of shale production projects into the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects regime” NB DYOR and avoid the Troll’s ;)

Reposting with Link- Ellesmere Port Planning Appeal- “plan positively” Added To NPPF2. IMO Councils at the moment start from a negative point of view, I believe they are now being instructed to be Positive about onshore Oil and Gas extraction. IMO National Importance takes priority over local concerns. I believe on energy security it’s both Government and local councils responsibility to keep the nations Gas power stations and central heating systems supplied with Gas and kept operational (IGas Energy Twitter - import dependency will increase to between 60-90% by 2050 without Shale) —————- NPPF2 “Oil, gas and coal exploration and extraction ——————- 209. Minerals planning authorities should: a) recognise the benefits of on-shore oil and gas development, including unconventional hydrocarbons, for the security of energy supplies and supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy; and put in place policies to facilitate their exploration and extraction; b) when planning for on-shore oil and gas development, clearly distinguish between, and plan positively for, the three phases of development (exploration, appraisal and production), whilst ensuring appropriate monitoring and site restoration is provided for” .......... Considering Local planning officer recommended approval of Ellesmere Port IGas test. The councils only admissible excuse was it was against its renewable energy policy. IMO Adding “plan positively” will greatly help IGas be allowed to “test” an existing Gas well to see if it’s commercially viable..... Just think if it was?! .........Ref. IGas may be able to explore in the future under permitted development Govuk“Consultation seeks views on the principle of granting planning permission for non-hydraulic shale gas exploration development through a permitted development right” DYOR https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/726916/Consultation_document_-_shale_gas_permitted_development.pdf
Very few shares available (almost an Inverted market early this morning DYOR). IGas is being backed by big money now that knows the vast amounts of Gas that exist under UK. Rizoalino - become a believer and maybe buy a few shares instead of trying to short the market (IMO ;)
Dip today in Brent makes little difference as IGas has IMO fully hedged production going into 2019 (NB Feb18 RNS stated 600,000 Barrel’s hedged for 2018, that’s just under 3/4 of yearly production). Conventional production is providing profit and time for the Unconventional gas acreage to be developed. The big game changer..... courtesy of The Chester Chronicle 2012 .... “Drilling firm IGas Energy says test results indicate more than nine trillion cubic feet of shale gas at its Ince Marshes site near Elton and other North West sites – the equivalent of 1,600 million barrels of oil” DYOR
Trust Your Judgement.... IGas restructured last year in a debt for equity swap, SP @90p/4.5p (Pre). Oil was $50 now it’s pushing towards $79 .... Debt was $120m now Roughly $10m .... Two Gas exploration sites on a free carry from INEOS ..... Ellesmere Port will be appealed..... many other long term projects in the pipeline (pardon the pun). IGas RNS - “over the next year, the industry is expected to have over half a dozen operators either drilling or flowing wells, including a number from IGas”....... The world isn’t going to stop driving cars or using Gas central heating whoever runs the UK...... trust your judgment not scaremongering shorting posters. DYOR
