SRB is a fair bet as the MCAP will rise or be it'll acquired. The two largest holders will either trust the management and be confident of an imminent rebound or will sell above the 75p placement value.

Thank you Troajan, was your post to compliment mine or just incredible timing? I'm rather stunned by the lack of speculation on SRB, however, the price will adjust based on facts, upon license award. A massive opportunity will be missed, which is surprising as the down side is zero, based on the existing production rates, longevity and PoG. If the license was rejected the US$10M cash in the bank would be available for exploration.

Page 11 of the Coringa PEA report states that the Annual Free Cash flow will be US$16.6M at US$1,450 per ounce. At US$2,000 - US$32.55M, at US$2,500 (as predicted by Goldman Sach) US$47.07M. A PE of 8 represents 502p per share = 557p for existing production plus Corigna, excluding exploration success. Reaction to the license award will be interesting.

NAV of Coringa is greater than the MCAP of SRB. Something wrong with the price. The market will correct.

Rocket6, anticipation of the Coringa License. When awarded, in late March or early April, the path will be clear for 80-90,000 production. This will enable SRB to self finance the bulk mines they are confident they have. Its odd that the valuation gives no value to Coringa, or the growing evidence of much greater discoveries. Even the existing production only has a PE of 5. The market is blind to the potential but IMHO news and speculation will ramp up after the license award.

The value of this stock is bewildering. 2021 was 33.8k ounces, hence FCF in the region of US$13.5M even with a sky high AISC. MCAP of US$54M. The reduction in cash is spent on the development of Coringa, so planned and partially the US$25M budget, of which US$5M is contigency.
