BCM are financing the exploration. They can pull the plug if they don’t want to increase their earn-in. Only at 10% now but can fund to 50%. If it’s not viable, they’d save millions and walk. No sign of that.

You are behind the times. Most open pit leach pad mines are profitable at PoG USD1.6k to USD2K. That’s the benchmark for the Financial models.

Final payment is mid August, so they’d be sure to be out before that to raise funds, regardless of fundamentals.

Odd move, days or a couple of weeks before Lanstead out. The main reason for 24 months of a dire MCAP.

Significant progress over the past 24 months but constant selling associated with the cash flow.

Q4 JORC, likely to mean a USD1M payment by BCM, on top of current balance of circa USD1M.

Nothing learned from the full year report - it was qualified.

No grades.

Good recovery rate and PoG as it is, would make a very profitable multi year operation.

Semafo’s Boungou mine (Burkina Faso): ~1.2 g/t Au (open-pit).

Roxgold’s Yaramoko (Burkina Faso): ~0.9 g/t Au (open-pit starter).

Resolute’s Syama (Mali): Historically mined open-pit ore at 0.7–1.0 g/t Au.

Boungou mine (Burkina Faso): ~1.2 g/t Au (open-pit).

The grades are good for open pit mining.

It nicely firms up the JORC.

At present all buyers are trading with Lansteads huge but rapidly diminishing pot, so the price won’t rise.

As soon as they our out, if buying continues, the price will very rapidly rise until other existing holders are satisfied with their profits.

Looks like Lanstead are using the added interest to accelerate their sales. A few 1M and a few 2M sells, presumably them. Imagine the rise, when they’ve gone. Looking forward to the TR1 news.

The Lanstead admission was the 7th August 2023, with the first of 24 payments mid September. This means the last will be mid August 2025.

They will be sold out fully before then, not necessarily just before, it could be today. They’ll not retain any stock, spare after fully funding the payments. It’s not their model, they’ll fully sell out taking cash, not holding any balance of stock. Fundamentals and the potential are of no interest, they just move onto their next funding opportunity.

Once out the liquidity will be gone as buyers will vastly exceed sellers.

Being out as Lanstead get out could mean a gap up 25% gain missed.

So you agree with my interpretation. If it’s due under the agreement (meets the criteria), it’s due immediately.

Great for cash flow.

At the end of 2024 they had circa USD1.34M in cash & equivalents. I’m not sure whether the 8 subsequent Lanstead payments have covered expenses. BCM have paid for exploration.

It’s possible they’ll have in excess of USD2M cash now.
