Accept you are trying to put some balance into discussions from a slightly (to largely) negative angle, but having a pop at Paddy in the process is futile and unacceptable.
Not even sure why you would even try to do that - he is not infallible - as none of us are - but ne never claims to be.
Paddy has always been very cautious in mostly pointing out facts and occasionally providing very limited opinions (does not actually give advice, albeit sitting on our hands is about as close as he comes).

Unless they are buying from options now to sell shares now as they believe the price has 'topped'.
There is often an alternative view - however unlikely it may turn out to be.

I see that we have a forward looking cost statement:
9.1. Proposed program of work and expenditure to be undertaken to upgrade the status of the
deposit of minerals
The proposed program of work to be undertaken at the Havieron Project includes:
• Ongoing resource definition diamond drilling to provide data for resource delivery
• Additional infill diamond drilling to increase confidence level of resource to indicated status
• Geotechnical drilling
• Metallurgical sample collection and testing
• Environmental baseline data collection (flora, fauna, subterranean)
• Mining studies
• Infrastructure studies
The anticipated expenditure for the above listed programs and studies is estimated in excess of US$25M
for the next 12-24 months.

Strange day today - somebody must surely have purchased a load of shares - unless some kind of 'hangover' from the ETF inclusion now rebalancing.

Just walked the dog, 1 hr out, nearly 200 messages and share price bottomed (hope) and now rising again.
All very weird - too unnatural to be not orchestrated in some way.

Interesting that proposed road skirts the OUTER edges of London and Kraken.
Do we think that is simply the best route for the topography, or convenient for GGPs other sites, or maybe just prevention of causing an upset - not going through the likely centres?
In any event, I guess the road could be re-routed at a later date if necessary.

I too was on M5/M6 yesterday, on my way back to Stockport from 2 weeks in Cornwall, and Thurs night at Bouton-on-the-water. Lucky to have had a holiday in present climate - GGP paid for the second week! Not seen that kind of traffic on M6 in months.
Thanks for all of your work on GGP - too many of us have had our fingers burned on other shares, and finally have found one that appears to be run by genuine business people with the golden touch.

I have lost circa £40k on VAL. Was half of my lump sum pension that I took on early retirement. Feel for you.
