No, you get $4m at the end of March according to the RNS (I'll believe it when I see it).

lol, the $1bn is already cemented as fact in the minds of the lth. I've said it before, but all they have to do is wave a large number in front of you lot and you respond in a Pavlovian manner.

It's not that I don't see goodness in it, it's that I find it literally incredible - in the sense that it completely lacks credibility,

“QGP will be subject to a "no sale" lock-in agreement until the Company is listed on Nasdaq Stock Exchange or New York Stock Exchange, except that each month up to 1.44% of such shares held by QGP may be sold, transferred, or disposed of or pledged.”

So totally locked in, except for being able to flog up to 17% or 42m shares a year.
