Bash, I see you're clamouring for another RNS in the TG. Sadly, it failed to "shift the dial" as you say, so just wondering why you're so keen for another, what do you expect from it?

What I'm saying is - if (as I suspect) the 6 month old 2 man band don't actually have $200m worth of revenue generating assets and the plan is to fund the coupons by selling the shares (and taking a skim) then the plan falls apart apart unless the SP stays above that line.

If the BoD are complicit then they're going to have to start pumping this hard, as the news isn't gaining any traction outside the TG, and I don't think they can absorb £1m worth of sells a month.

Ask yourself: if QGP are long-term investors why would the terms include the 1.44% sell-down excercisable immediately?

Still not clear to me why VLRM are paying them fees, giving Pieter warrants or them getting SP performance based warrants either. This is the strangest funding setup I've ever seen.

Just a little thought experiment, where does the SP need to be for the coupons to be covered by selling the permitted 1.44% per month?

If it’s all in the RNSs why is there so much debate about it in the TG?

The BoD are in the group and clearly aware of the confusion, why haven’t they clarified it?
