The detail on this is quite important, because if the assets aren’t owned and controlled by Valereum, then they’ve announced in an RNS and CEO interviews that they plan to commit almost exactly the same accounting error (let’s be charitable and call it that) the company has been reprimanded for in the past.

Remember when VLRM got their knuckles rapped for declaring an unused overdraft as an asset? 🤔

If Valereum only have temporary custody of the bonds, should they even appear on the balance sheet?

The amount of AI slop analysis being posted in the TG is ridiculous, they’re not even checking basic things like the number of shares it thinks are in issue.

If it’s not true (and it obviously isn’t) then Seb’s dad has some apologising to do because he clearly implied it.

Of course, 280m for 20m worth of a sh**co with no operational revenue, makes perfect sense 🧠

I think you’re going to be severely disappointed by the US reaction if this ever makes it out of Aquis.

Lots of wailing about FS selling and driving down the SP in the TG, but look at the trades - only 20k more sells than buys.

Maybe the market just doesn't find the deal credible, or the leadership trustworthy?

It’s certainly what Seb’s dad implied when he said the deal effectively valued VLRM at over $400m in that interview.

The TG are bickering amongst themselves about what happens to the capital at the end of the deal, which is really weird because I was derided on here for being too thick to understand it.

In today's (paid) Proactive "interview" Gary pressed the point that there would be big sellers.

There appears to be no lock-in on Seb's or Pieter's warrants and QGP appear to be able to dump 1.44% of their initial 12.5m shares immediately.

Make of that what you will.

- how you feel about Gary giving shares to his son’s company

- why Gary has only just revealed his own interest in said company

Has the deal gone through? Looks like it’s a one way transaction until end of March.
