Still very dissapointed with updates as I am losing a lot of money currently.

I have been away for 10 days and was rather hoping for an update on my return.
Dan Betts said that he does not need shareholders money anymore now they are pouring gold.
It certainly appears that way, we really get no information to cheer us up.
If they have removed private shareholders maybe more profits for institutional friends.

I would love to do it but not next week.

Q3 has had problems,it never rains it pours.
I was attracted to the company because Dan Betts was an upcoming force in the mining industry.
To triumph over these testing times are all the incentive he needs, if he doesn’t he loses his credibility.
He is not going down that road, so every cloud has a golden lining.
Harder you work, luckier you get.

I am sure that you have only good intentions as did Frank.
I also want the company to do well.
If somebody rings Bert, they get presumably information that assures them, without being insider information.
It then becomes heresay and is not legally binding when relayed second hand.
I want the company to tell all of us and if they can relay this to the market, it would do no harm.
If they know how and when the bridge is going to be fixed, tell us .
If a week later a plan regarding the wall fix, tell us.
If a week later drill results are coming tell us.

This business of contacting Bert does nothing for the SP, it is no replacement for the company giving regular legally binding news updates. The mushroom management technique has not worked,(keeping people in the dark and every now and then throwing manure on them.)
Let’s have a release of good news, little and often.
I am still in what should still be a good investment, I would appreciate a change in company PR this would benefit
their loyal shareholders.

Gold up @1235 means plenty cash now wet season over.

Institutional investors have paid more than 30p , would need to be 50p at least.

No doubt the team will have learnt from the wet season and next year will be a much wiser ball game.
Holidays, plant maintenance, training etc. High level production for maybe 10 months.
As the new sites are confirmed, some may well better suited for wet weather than others.
New equipment will play a big part in increasing plant capacity during the much better weather.

OK January, you think Dan Betts is responsible and maybe should be sacked.
I am not so sure it is entirely his fault.
He has delivered the mine on time, on budget as far as we know.
As he has not run a mine , he has been advised ,as to certain board additions to fill in the gaps of his expertise.
One addition an ex Endeavour employee, was this his choice or somebody else?
Was Blundell Hill down to him or on bad advice?
If you need help, you are not in a position to sack or train.
I only stimulate conversation on this board , I am losing a lot of money and want action to raise the SP.
If other directors can earn their pay packets I would appreciate it.

Does anybody know what the other board directors are getting paid for?
Are any of them buying shares?
Have any of them refused or returned the money being paid to them?

I am sure that directors are as disappointed as shareholders with the SP of both companies.
Difference being directors are paid whereas shareholders are not.

First job needed, sack new PR.
