Frank, I am not a deramper as I am sure that you know. I am currently losing about £60,000 in my own and wife’s share Isas. I have backed Don Betts to the hilt. I appreciate you providing the information that you do and I have not sold a single share.
It is true that people available to answer your questions also have time to give regular updates.
This in no way stops the mine problems being solved and would be reassuring to shareholders as the directors would be responsible for updates. Please relay this to your contacts and carry on your good work.
Many small investors have put their pensions into this and need directors to appreciate their concerns.
Family and friends have put serious money into this and it is not unreasonable to expect regular updates.

Dan Betts has a track record of delivering a goldmine on time within budget.
He is a man of determination and not totally thick as some people on this bb might suggest.
He is also surrounded with a strong team, expanded as and when required.
They will know far more about Bunkerhill and have a track record of changing direction should third parties not deliver.
Is it surprising that companies prefer institutional investors when private investors cannot see past today’s SP.
If you do your research and believe gold will be a safe haven, follow people who deliver goldmines,
much better than people you do not know from Adam.

Still do not think Dan Betts wants out with a cheap takeover.
In my original posting I questioned the reason somebody from Endeavour would join Hummingbird, I also pointed out the Egyptian changing his wealth to gold.
It appears to me heading for a joint venture developing Liberia with Endeavour. Plenty cash to invest in Cora.

Not long to wait for Q3 update.
If most gold shares are dramatically up and Hummingbird are not catching up when production is on target, it is is right to question why?
The management are known to deliver and will reward our tested patience.
It is hard to believe that years of hard work will just be for a cheap takeover.
I think it is better to be a large fish in a small pond than a small fish in a big pond.
The management know that investors have long memories, once let down their future ventures are somewhat questionable. Time to deliver.

It is certainly true that the company can buy back shares far cheaper now than they could 6 months ago.
If the board is confident that institutions will not sell out cheap, then the only people to have lost money will be
the ones that have sold in the last six months.

I can see your logic regarding institutions if bought sp was less than takeover price.
This would not apply to Institutions have bought at higher prices and seeing the gold cash being generated.

For the long term development of Hummingbird is it advantageous to keep the share price down?
Private share holders are temporarily down, long term ones will eventually come good. Institutions are buying in cheap and if and when Dan decides to buyback, they get more shares cheap. I personally still believe in the company and would not welcome a takeover. A share buyback is promised by Dan should it be required, I do not think the existing shareholders would entertain a low priced takeover. The company delivered the gold on time, on budget and a rerate will come.

I would have thought it would be good to have the RNS before the meeting.
Attendees would then be able to ask relevant questions on the updated position.
