Think that’s over double forecast figures there. This is going to be a frenzy today
Those numbers are huge
With the apparent ice berg orders going through The MM’s look like they’ve been happy to take huge volume and not drop the bid. I wonder if there is someone else accumulating in the back ground? Another TR1 soon maybe??
Big news coming only reason you generally see so many conversions. Also now have plenty money in the bank so not expecting a placing for 2-3 months atleast. Been right on most things here, but never say never say never. Time fo a top up today I think.
Have a look at EUA as a comparison and the destruction Christian Schaffalitzky did there. I remember retail skating him for years and no look at the fruits of his labour. I believe Prem is on the verge of a similar milestone.
You’ve always got to remember this if GR’s baby and he’s getting on now. He is going to want to be cashing in here at some point and i don’t expect it will be anywhere near this mCAP.
The 10% interest PA on the loan to the trust is getting in which he is a beneficiary won’t be cutting the mustard.
With the conversions and increased holdings expecting them to hold off to sell into news. Somethings coming soon, not expect EPO as there will have been a knock on from COVID, but never say never. They’ve managed to hold the SP daily stable so should see a decent rise, to the top of the triangle on the daily, would be a decent target here.
As has been said before, funding will be needed at some point To progress EPO, but they should have sufficient funds from various sources listed in my previous posts, for working capital, which would take them up until late September more likely Sometime in Autumn. Never say never, but feeling comfortable here for now.
FYI if the placing comes it will likely be through primary bid anyway, and so discount would be far less than if it were an institution. All companies are struggling to provide a model lenders are happy with in current times. Alot of ftse 100 companies are also using primary bid with minimal discounts.
EPO is some way away yet, I dont expect a placing probably early Autumn. They should have a sufficient fund in the bank for the next few months with loan, zim government payment 100K +. I am expecting news train to start and the pump with it to allow all those shares to be offloaded, but should see a decent rise on the back of it.
Prem usually seem to forward sell placings and so it will be easily spotted and likely pumped to a price higher that today SP. If history prevails there will likely be decent news release pre placing anyways. helps get the shares away ya know ;)
