Hi Sidi, Hope you are well, as you stated before because of your age you wanted a quick return on this stock. However being a senior myself i see this stock as very undervalued and have this now as one of my core stocks with my risky /gamble stocks elsewhere . I have seen my original Pru holding stagnate on split news so at the moment just need a gradual rise to value rather than huge swings on rumours to reshape my portfolio around some gold mining stocks and Phama stocks.

Pretty Poor show (RNS) which rewarded themselves before longstanding shareholders. If no positive RNS issued very soon after this fat bonus for themselves, may see drop in SP by disgruntled shareholders.

Whilst I am very happy with my MNG holding especially divi. I am getting a little concerned with take over gossip. I had thought that it had all died down until talk of it started a share club that I took part in over Zoom over the weekend. So if at all, who would be big enough to go for MNG and why . Any Thoughts please. With Pru stock now treading water until split. Would be nice just to get up rid of all the gossip.

Hopefully getting back to 1.90 where we were in Feb this year. Regaining ground from recent dips.

It certainly doesn't put the SFO in a good light , i would have thought it only strengthens our case for the ridiculous time the investigation has taken plus all the adverse effect it has on the company for PFC to look at a counter claim against the SFO for loss of earnings etc .

Held share for quite a few years and bought on lows. Agree with a lot that has been said on the positive side. IMO I just would not sell this share at the moment and advise fellow holders to sit tight and wait for news on SFO as i believe we will see a substantial rise and wouldn't want to be out of this stock when it happens. Most of the bad news behind us only markets to contend with now.

Thought todays RNS was excellent and disappointed with SP falling I first bought in at 54p and in again as SP dropped. I took up the placing offer and topped up again at that price. However as a long term sufferer of IBS which then lead to Diaviticulitus , I have spent may a week on a drip in hospital and the news will offer all that suffer, a way forward and indeed the NHS funds saved on bed time will be huge. I only wish i could had this drug in the early stages on my condition.
This medical problem cannot be understated and SP should fly when take up of the drug starts to have impact.

The CCFF Loan element may prove quite interesting.
If say the government thought the SFO had made a pigs ear of the investigation into PFC leaving it open redress of some form for loss of business reputation etc , but it could not allow the SFO to be seen to climb down from its current position, would/could the following deal be struck. The SFO issues fine and all trading bans lifted. PFC can pay from its CCFF loan but it does not have to repay that part of the loan which has paid off fine, status quo.

Hi Poker, I used to get approx 37p a share each year on my PFC shares prior to their suspension ie Lock down, with the number of shares in issue how much has the company saved on this front or isn't it calculated as such.

At the time of posting Seen it everyone talking take over ..Thus killjoy because I didn't want a Take over especially at £3... Agree Totally with Phoenix on this and others.

With the AIM market makers holding SP down despite the recent excellent news its time to use this to you advantage and add this stock to your portfolio or top up. buy zone 19.00 -25.00p . Or put you money in a nice building society account and get a reward of .5% after a year. The choice is yours...

Should read £2.25 last summer Happy investing everyone.
