The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
From what I hear, the hierarchy and most well connected in the Australian mining industry, believe the most prospective and valuable mining real estate in Australia, is owned by Greatland gold.
You just never know, but what does Mr Andrew Forrest know?
"Next on the agenda is the FS in Nov/Dec 2022. This will be a seismic moment for us all both in terms of updated size of the motherlode and the effect on the SP."
Interesting remark Zoros, re sp.
The likes of you and others who believe they are above reproach, have been saying the same about the sp for 18 months, The sp will rerate when the 5% is resolved, the sp will rerate when the funding is resolved.
Well, it proves not to listen to the self-indulgent types who think they know everything, when in fact, they know nothing.
Well, it's actually 2 pronged.
The asset or assets and the GGP fundamentals, which looks stunning from my point of view. There is no denying that GGP looks a world beater on Aim.
That's the good part.
The second bigger picture is not so appealing.
When a large valuable asset and a large PI base holding too much voting power can't be shaken out, they get diluted down the voting meter. Large corporates and big investors don't put this kind of money in, unless they control the big decisions. I.E, corporate don't like PI.
Since Day took over, we have a 40% increase in shares,
"Share in issue -
3.88bn when SD took over
4.57bn now
5.35 bn - if Wyloo take full 14.6%"
So, for all those thinking PI can vote anything down, well not anymore you can't. Further, Day said 4 billion shares was too many, why do you think these options are so high?????? to offset the consolidation that is clearly coming, ready for dual listing.
I have no doubt, GGP will be massive, but we will only be allowed to have a small slice. Get ready for the real corporate shake up.
I said it a long time ago, Shaun Corporate Day is a different animal than GH.
Not being negative, just open your eyes and look at it from a corporate pov.
What we need right now to mitigate this somehow, is a new major discovery elsewhere.
We the early investor trailblazers took all the risk, now Mr. Corporate are moving in. This for the PI, is the cost of success.
Mickey, you need to lower your expectations.
I know, the truth hurts.
Clearly will but up to date on progress and knowledge on all things GGP, not just Hav.
This statement
"We are equally as excited to be supporting the Company's ongoing exploration of its expansive tenement package, which we think has great potential for further discovery."
Get ready for some exciting assays from elsewhere.
"Yes you did. You could have sold your shares on the open market at 4"
Utter garbage, it hit 4p for a nano second and was a buy price not a sell price. It fell back to 2p in about 90 seconds, you'd never have got your order completed.
"Should we not already have had $85M funding ready for the 5% we offered to buy from NCM? It's been said several times on this BB we would not have offered the $85m if we did not have it."
That's a very valid point, unless of course, he was bluffing. I guess we will never find out.
Maybe some of his emotionally attached shareholders could ask him when they next sit on his knee.
sandgrounded, yes, thanks for that, I am aware.
at 16p a raise was done @14.5p, I think he participated.
At 10/11p a raise is organised at 8.2p, he participates.
We, the founding investors are left out again. Corporate raids on private investors.
"getting your FUD in early are we?"
Oh dear James, you're emotionally attached.
FUD you say, hmmm.
I Fear my investment is being devalued by SD.
Uncertainty is setting in under the stewardship of SD
I Doubt pi interests are a priority for SD.
So I have some Fears, Uncertainties and Doubts about the man not the company fundamentals, but you bury your head in the sand and allow others to share their concerns without fear of ridicule.
