I cannot understand why you keep wittering on about Special Dividends.

I like most MTL investors would rather Darren spends the money strengthening the balance sheet or building a war chest and on developing Agra and any other opportunities in the Philippines.

If you really need a dividend because you have lost your winter fuel allowance you should buy some Marks and Spencer rather than MTL

a) to do a resource update on Runruno Mine alongside the 3rd Q production figures

b) to do another video updating the current situation

Thank you Lee. That is a very good video but a lot of things have happened since February.

Not many investors can see videos on YouTube. A lot of that information particularly about resources should have been released at the same time as the half year Interims, either by video or the accounts.

Perhaps Darren can do something at the same time as the Q3 are announced in Mid Oct.

What are the PR people Tavistocks doing??

Lee has made a statement "There is actually 2.5 years gold left in Runruno"

What is this based on?

On the website it under reserves it says "The Runruno JORC Resource Estimate is based on the Mining Associates 2011 Resource Statement put together for the Feasibility Study with minor updates in 2014 and 2022....."

I was hoping for a fresh appraisal of the reserves. This is absolutely vital.

But I couldn't see anything in the half years accounts updating us on the resources of Runruno

I can understand the pessimists reluctance to invest in MTL if they think there is only 2 years of dwindling production and a virgin site full of unknowns to invest in.

Under AIM Rule 18 requires that AIM companies prepare half-yearly reports within three months of the period end. The information contained in a half-yearly report must include at least a balance sheet, an income statement, a cash flow statement and must contain comparative figures for each of these.

So MTL have to announce the half year figures by the end of September

Thank you Lee for your two posts today. You have eloquently laid out the future next few years. I hope you are right.

It might well be that there is more than two years left in Runruno and Darren has been keeping Mum until the RHL was sorted. The out put in the last few quarters has held up very well.

So the next post from Darren will be very interesting

For the last three years the Interim results have been reported as follows

The Interim results for the six months ending 30th June 2021 on the 20th September 2021

The Interim results for the six months ending 30th June 2022 on the 17th September 20232

The Interim results for the six months ending 30th June 2023 on the 20th September 2023

So I am hopeful we will get the Interim results 30th June 2024 before the end of this month. They will be very interesting

It was good to read the optimistic posts this morning.

Last year the interim half year results were announced in September and hopefully this will be repeated before the 3rd Q are announced in October.

I am hoping for an update on Runuro and Agra. The pessimists think Runuro only has 2 years and Agra will prove a dud.

SatlitePro is worried about a takeover. My biggest reason for welcoming Linde is that they will thwart any unwelcome takeover. Between JCB and Linde isn't an unwelcome takeover impossible?

I am amazed that there hasn't a major article in the Financial Press about hydrogen in general and ITM in particular.
The mention I've seen was in the times a fortnight ago which was hardly a major article
What else is as interesting as the hydrogen story or the rise from 40p to 350p in nine months.
Hopefully I will be proved wrong with a major article this weekend.

Last year ITM made a placing (@40p a share in Oct ~ I think) For those of us who got share will have noticed that todays rise was greater than we paid for the shares. Not bad going
