For us to reach £1 by Christmas we need to gain 300% over the next roughly 129 until Christmas would require a daily rise of around 1%, this would need a catalyse to create a reason for the increase from 25p to £1 but looking back over the good news and the impact its had on the share price I am not sure anything in the pipeline would create such a demand, banking £1m per month hasnt done much, time will be the judge

just re-reading the details and came to the same answer, it looks like the 14 day appeal period is over and COPL are now just working to close the deal between 18th June to 18th July, I would assume the period to appeal was the 14 days from 4th June to 18th June and as this has now passed the focus has shifted to closing the deal now but would be great to see this in an RNS, "The Sale Order by the US Court becomes final and non-appealable 14 days after issuance" in RNS 03 May 2022 followed by Arthur Millholland, President & CEO, commented "The next step is the end of 14 day appeal period" in RNS 06 June 2022 but the details state "approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming on Friday June 3rd , 2022"

Agreed MickyBee, it was announced on Monday "US$6 Million Net Revenues Reached at Wressle" and today we are lower than the close of Friday so little seems to have much positive impact
All the news seems positive with debts being paid back and talk of dividends etc , Heid and the price of BRENT climb but here and now as investors we are not seeing positivity reflected in our portfolios, I admire her positivity and research but I am here to make a return on my investment

Feb 2021 post consolidation it was 35p so we are still 20% down even after all the money in the back from oil sales and oil prices increased 67% since Feb 2021, all the good news on income, planning and future developments

Talk of £1 or even 90p is great and very positive but the price history and current news flow hasnt helpded

Surely with such a favourable market this should be our time and we should be ahead of prices from over a year ago ?

Had hoped for a decent rise today when reading the RNS at 7am this morning as did many by the early comments posted

Do we still see this moving to the £1 predictions that get bounced about or have most invested based the value on previous happenings like possible suspected leaked information and sometimes a lack of clarity over the cold hard facts delivered in the RNS and released information ?

Seemed a great RNS to start the day but clearly poorly received by the outside world of investments

This has been on a gradual decline for a year now, so many rampers using the word "soon" but still the decline, we need some solid RNS news not hype, currently most of us must be sat with a paper loss which is never ideal

Totally agree Magoo247, just need to click the UJO Share Chart and look at the 6 month graph, its a steady decline and despite the increase in oil price the decline continues, this isnt a Global issue or a problem linked with the value of oil its all down to the company so despite some ramping this share the rot continues, the consolidation was supposed to give stability but from roughly the point it happened we have slide back. no massive crash just a painful and long decline at the cost of shareholders money

hope your plan works for you, can see you have been buying for sometime now at 34.5 and 32 (0.16 as it was) so will keep my fingers crossed for you, I know they say its only a loss when you actually sell but I was worried this could be catching falling knives rather than buying a very long dip #GLA

Reduced my holding by 50% as too much risk and despite being a LTH and losing thousands already I am really unsure at to the future, maybe I need to create a rocket or start adding boom to my messages

Over 20% down in 3 months when the value and MCAP should be building with news on oil, keep reading loads of positive ramping about the calculations of oil being sold at the new high prices yet the value of UJO and the return to investors is dropping and we are out of pocket to the tune of thousands #FACT

Also the wording says "is expected by the end of August." Only expect so isn't a certainty, let's hope we do see it or risk the price being pulled down by negative sentiment as people see it as a missed milestone update

Didnt expect to see UJO on the top fallers list for today after the RNS, we report 500barrels a day and still slide within days

Comments for 40p by the end of the week have vanished as we cruise towards 30p (0.15 old money) which I believe is around the price when the placings news dropped

What will it take for UJO to gain traction and return a more constant return for investors and not the rollercoaster of past ?

must admit I am a bit disappointed here today, read the 7am RNS and had hoped for a return back to the prices we had in the past, even after the 500bopd confirmation we still aren't back to the price of just 3 weeks ago
Reading the posts between 7am and 8am before the market opened this morning it felt like this was the turning point but here we are again fingers crossed we might still end up on a blue day on the day we finally got the RNS most had been waiting for
What will it take to get back to the 60p (0.30 old money) highs that now feel so long ago ?or is this the best we will get ?
