RE: Consolidation not good for PI's11 Mar 2021 19:23
Man in Black. I don't want to wet on your chips, but, it 35p not 3.5p.
And on the UJO consolidation of 200/1 . It closed on Wednesday as you correctly point out at 0.14. It closed today at the equivalence of 0.1425 (28.5) The 29.4 that you quote is the result of an uncrossed trade if you check the data, bid and ask. . Hardly a success, but then consolidations are not about a gain in that way.
The gain for the business is that they will be able to issue shares again (dilution)
Troajan has recently quoted that EDL have undergone a consolidation. Almost immediately after the consolidation the cup was being passed round to raise £900k which equated to approx 30% of their MCAP at that time.
I don't recall anyone making a song and dance about what the sp will be at the close on April 1st, it should retain its value all things being equal. It is what follows that will be scary.
