Things to consider:
1. Atlas will likely start a sell off of their shares acquired at 9.1p
2. A cash raise will be required to keep the lights on. Placing or debt? We will find out soon
3. If the cash cannot be raised then that would not be beneficial to holders.
This is early in the play to unfold.

The last published quarters production figures (The highest ever!) were 133t combined W and Sn.
That's 642t per quarter behind what was published in the FID

Lets work an the average of the guesses for Q1 which is 163t combined. That would produce revenues of $2.2m for Q1. That's about £1.6m on the top line for 3 months
Once the OPEX, any CAPEX and Interest is removed, the cash burn continues.
More funds are required - watch this space.

I agree Tougueston.
The share price has not fallen below 0.12p since March 15th.
It actually states "As part of the agreement, Atlas can convert the bond to W shares by issuing a conversion notice with the price set at 95% of the selected 3-day VWAP in the 15 days leading up to the issue of a conversion notice by Atlas."

"As part of the agreement" always intrigues. What are the other parts ;-)
