All the people doing staylocation holidays will be consuming FT products. I think that the trading updates will be positive. Long term this company will be taken over so good both short and long term

I think that it would be easier meeting the Queen than trying to speak to anyone at NatWest at the current time. I have been a customer of theirs for 33 years and the customer service has never been as bad as this. They sent me an e-mail that I could not reply to, was on hold for 45 minutes on the phone and no answer and no way of contacting on-line. My local branch shut a few years ago. How can you run a business where you cannot speak to your customers? Real basic stuff and we wonder why the share price is tanking. They need to sort this out. Rant over!

Can see this getting up to £1 by the end of July. With people generally going out more, those who still have jobs ready to spend, potential VAT reduction and stay cations, centres should be busy. Additional funding will bring back the confidence that they are not going the same way as Intu

Obviously a bad day. Cannot decide if it’s worth topping up. The sale of assets by Intu will obviously affect Hammerson and valuations will tumble further. If they breach loan ratios they could be the next Intu. If they do not possible recovery play?

Cannot understand why Whitbread share price is not increasing. If CVA for Travelodge does not go through next week, great opportunity for Premier Inns to purchase some great sites. Maybe the market has not caught up yet?

Think they have peaked for now and can see these going back to 70-75p when people profit take and then steady rise to £1 by end of year

Word is out and in the press. Travelodge landlords can accept rent reductions and have break clauses in their leases after 6 months. The landlords with good sites will break the leases and let them to Whitbread as a better covenant. Premier Inn will get the better sites and a Travelodge will lose their good sites. When everyone fully appreciates the implications of this shares will be £30+.

Think that these shares will increase considerably once the news on Travelodge hits the mainstream press. Only being reported by FT as a rumour but looks like they will do another CVA and so I can see a lot of landlords voting it down and so a few more sites may come to Whitbread.

I am noticing that it is increasingly difficult to buy the large boxes of Fever Tree in the supermarkets. This is great as it shows that there is demand but just hoping that the supply is being increased to match the demand

Anyone buying would have been looking at redevelopment potential and may be happy that Debenhams has now gone. Great office/residential location

I think it is a race to the bottom - Intu v Hammerson - one needs to go bankrupt for the other to be supported by the government. I personally think Intu will go first

Hope this is true but anything from pre-lockdown is not relevant. On 6th March no one had any idea that 30000 would die and we would have 3 months of lockdown

I can see 80p by close today, 90p by close tomorrow and hopefully onto £1 by end of month. People will realise that although trade is very difficult, there is an income coming in and a big potential tick up when things get back to normal. Add in a potential bid and this makes ITV as good as any other share purchase in the current market
