If you are so adamant that the HE1 board haven't been/are not being honest, then why do you not just give this Company a body swerve and look elsewhere to invest?

Noble RNS states almost double the previous estimate for Meblele target alone from 8.1bcf to 15.7bcf, and state they intend to drill 500m target and 850m target at Meblele rather than one each at meblele and Pegere.

SP closed nearly 12% up at close.

Now we are the proud owners of the Predator Rig, if we don't already have one, I would like to see Helium One appoint an experienced "Hands-On" Heavy Plant Engineer, with overall responsibility for the Plant we have just bought.

A lot of tackle to look after.

The Rig comes with Main Truck Carrier Unit, all the sub- structure Units to sit the Vehicle on, the Pipe Handling Sections, Mud Pumps and Tanks, as well as a Shale Shaker, Drill Collars, Hammers and a wide inventory of Spares, etc.

As we are now a drilling contractor as well as an exploration company, if we want to make sure this all works for us, and we intend to hire out the Rig, then someone who can continually monitor the maintenance and overall condition of all the equipment, over and above the Drilling Crew when they are contracted, is essential in my opinion.

We need to deal with Epiroc on maintenance requirements, and also oversee the general good caretaking of the Equipment.

Essential appointment in my opinion, and money we must spend to make the Rig project work going forward.

Everybody is in this for their own reasons, not just what you perceive them to be here for!

Some have money to burn, some have dreams which might transform their lives, and some would like to just make a wee bit of money, to make their lives tolerable!

As far as the drill, drill, drill scenario you describe that will now happen, its not as easy as that. You completely fail to factor in the difficulty in bringing together and retaining a crew experienced enough set this Rig up and keep it running. The Rig is 11 years old, and has been idle in the back of a yard for the last 7 years. ADC's Audit will have covered the short-term operational capability of the Rig, just like an MOT on a car covers it at time of Test, but on an ongoing situation, problems and breakdowns will occur.

And the next hurdle to getting this Rig drilling, is a contract with Epiroc to service and maintain the Rig, source, provide and fit major components as required. Won't be Cheap.

And then there is all the ancillaries like mud pumps, motors, drill strings, etc. etc. We can deal with all that in our support workshop - Oh, but we don't have one!

In other words we have now opted to become a Drilling Contractor as well as an Exploration company, and that is a different ball-game!

Hope it all works out, but we are nowhere near home and dry with this!

Looking over all the fallout from Friday, the one thing that has stuck out like a sore thumb to me, is that following Noble's announcement of a Rig Contract with Marriot, at the end of the Day their SP was only 7.31% up on the previous day. I know that the 3 top shareholders have in excess of 40% of that company, but not a lot of upward activity for such a transitional point in their journey.

I feel HE1 will be quite similar if/when they announce a Rig Contract. Thoughts of 10 - 12p, after any announcement seem a bit like pie in the sky now, as the Board have totally destroyed confidence in their ability to meet targets or get the basics done. The drop from 7.5p to 5p has, in part, factored in the silence and disappointing Rig RNS,

But the reality now is that this is no longer a fresh exciting exploration journey, but more a trek across Africa with a heavy Cross on our backs!

The Board need to come up with some real glitter, and soon.

I said on Thursday the 6th, that if were was no news by Next Friday, which is this Friday coming, the 14th then I would move on. Will hurt a bit to bail out at 5p, but probably better than watching a sinking ship. They have to put some positive news forward this coming week!

So why were we not looking at companies like this after Tai 2, nearly 2 years ago now ? We could have joined a waiting list at that time and been a lot further on by now!

If they don't put in some SERIOUS work over the next few days, including today and tomorrow, and not try, but GET an RNS out in the early part of the coming week, then there will be a multitude of sellers going forward, leaving the Board and Company as un-investible to the money on sideline guys - they will just move on elsewhere!

I don't blame Lorna for this mess, as she hasn't had sufficient time to address the previous disasters. Their are supposed experts within the Board and senior Management, who are meant to bring their expertise to the collective group at the end of the day, but some of them either, don't have that level of expertise, or are just taking the cash while its available.

Think most will know the person I would show the door on Monday

He is no more use to HE1 than a chocolate fireguard! Probably in B&Q right now looking for a budget drill for his plasterboard wall.

Think the original connection to Sofori was through Noble, as in Justyn or A N Other Noble employee had worked with them previously? Might just be imagining this, but sure I read it somewhere!

RNS's tend to drop about 7.20 to 7.30, but if it is being prepared in a rush could be anytime today.

So where is all the money waiting on the sidelines, that should be jumping on this buying opportunity ?

The most likely answer is it is not there anymore, due to 2 years of, well, nothing!

I e-mailed the info address a couple of weeks back, asking about the secrecy around Sofori LOI and their potential appointment as Rig Supplier, their lack of exposure to social media sites and no website, and got a reply from Nick Ewles at Tavistock, basically stating that Sofori were a private company and had no requirement to have a public face. I e-mailed him back stating that it would be good practice for HE1 to provide the shareholders with some basic information and history of the company, as otherwise it looked as if we were about to use some back street trader, but to date have heard nothing back.

I just find the Sofori situation so unbelievable, especially now since Noble have gone all quiet after their Rig on a Boat by end of June story has crashed!

He is the guy employed to bring a Rig to Rukwa surely?

We have had a failed drilling campaign in June-August 2021, basically because we went small, with poorly selected Rig choice and desire to "do it on the cheap". FAIL

We then had a talked up scheme to use a Huismann Containerised solution, which could be rapidly transported and move between drills, followed by a jolly to USA, either to locate such a solution, or find a suitable rig/company to come to Tanzania. FAIL

We then had the disaster which was the pantomime of the Predator Drill owned by Cluff/Hotspur Geothermal, and the lack of background checking into all things relative to a contract, including, equipment availability status, legals documentation, etc. etc. FAIL

Then on to Exalo Drilling and the LOI which exploded in our faces due to not considering the possibility of Invictus being able to re-negotiate their existing Contract. FAIL

In short, I wouldn't have this guy drill a hole in a plasterboard wall, because there would be a 99% chance he'd hit a pipe or a cable!

Would you employ someone with those job descriptions, and resulting performance, for nearly 3 years now ?
