Following the passing of the 8am deadline this morning, Tuesday 14th Feb. 2023, for exiting Administration, as per Armistice's Terms of Loan, should the fact that this deadline would not be complied with, have been made known to the Shareholders by RNS ?

If a dead line is set, it allows others to plan accordingly, and therefore we, as Shareholders have been denied that chance, because of the failure to publish that information.

The reason ,whether Court delay, change of terms by Armistice, or in-complete documentation for the exit process to be completed, it should surely have been made available by an RNS Update as required throughout the Administration process.

I had assumed that, as stated, on exit form Administration, Interpath Advisory would hand control back to the D4D Parma Directors today, and that the fees charges would terminate as of 8am today. Can you confirm the position regarding this as well, please?

I know what you are saying, but if you go back through previous presentations of both, then you will understand how competent and assured Lorna is when in action. Also, do some research on her references from Tullow Oil, and consider the potential contacts she will have in O&G through her time with them. This is a very positive step forward as far as I am concerned.

Could have been a fallout with Cluff after the disclosure of the Court Case and impoundment of The Rig last October?

I would just like to congratulate Lorna in her new position as CEO of HE1

From the outset of her time at the company, she has shown herself as a very competent and confident Geologist, and a very polished performer when being interviewed and presenting technical updates. Her references from Tullow Oil speak volumes for her overall ability, and I have confidence in this project going forward, now that she is in the driving seat!
I was verging on bailing out on this share, but am going to leave it to run, as I believe she will open doors and make things happen, that sadly, over the last 18 months have been lacking!
May well be some interaction with Tullow going forward?

"What we need here is an RNS tomorrow confirming that they have hired the released Drill Crew from the Exalo Rig till end of June, they have signed a Contract with Baker Hughes to supply the tools and equipment in the LOI, for the same timescale, and give Dai and Me a couple of million dollars, and we will go and get them a fooking Rig in America put on a container ship for Dar Es Salem for end of next week! We know where they all are, don't we Dai?

Being serious about the Drill Crew and BH, as if we do nothing now, this project will just fizzle out!

The only appointment made since March 2021 worth the investment, has been Lorna Blaise, who knows what she is on about, and has done her job properly.

I was using some licence on the basis that it's very unlikely that it's going to complete in the couple of hours before 8am on the Tuesday morning?
If it's not done on the Monday then it may well not be done at all!

So out of Administration by midnight on Monday coming to comply with Armistice's terms!
But will it be 2 days, 2 weeks, or the full 2 Months allowable before the re-list?

The rig and Equipment is shown in the companies accounts to 31/03/2022 as approx. $6m cost, but has been depreciated down to approx $2m in the accounts, so the answer is probably somewhere in the middle, but possibly nearer the original purchase price, due to the massive hikes in cost of all types of Plant and Equipment over the last few years. We don't have the expertise to operate as an owner/operator, so better to hire and spend some good money on a competent crew. Just hope the are progressing discussions on this now!

Cluff Geothermal’s Predator rig package has been granted a letter of export from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). The letter, dated 27th January 2023 releases the rig package, enabling it to be mobilised to projects inside and outside of the country. Cluff Geothermal is actively pursuing several options for the rig package both in the East Africa region and further afield. The Epiroc Predator P220 drilling rig (1,000 hp, 220,000 lbs pullback capacity) is offered alongside its supporting mud package and extensive spare parts inventory.

Recommissioned throughout 2022, the Predator and supporting mud system have been classified as ready to drill following an extensive rig audit and endurance test by a leading UK-based rig inspection company. The Predator is a highly mobile, largely automated, self-driven unit offering the ability to increase rates of penetration with lower operating costs and significant time savings.

Predator rig packages are used around the world in various subsurface conditions to complete wells up to 2,500 m depth. Cluff Geothermal previously deployed the Predator within the Menengai caldera in Kenya for geothermal top-hole drilling as part of a mixed fleet drilling campaign. At Menengai, with its challenging volcanic environment for drilling, the Predator was able to significantly increase drilling rates.
