@Raz10, this BB has been saying this for over 5 years, they don't change their way of operating. I find it strange and annoying that they don't wish to communicate personally with sincere investors. Fortune lauded the last placement, and as we all know the shareprice hasn't reflected the accomplishments of the BOD's at all since then. I wish you luck with finding answers to those questions.

I agree with your points, however everyone’s different in the way they react. Any PR from the company would be appreciated and a clear roadmap to get off AIM is much needed.

Appreciate your view, but doesn’t that mean it allows the manipulation/control of the SP? I wrote in April 2018 about this and was roundly shouted down and told that It couldn’t happen over a long period of time. Guess what, it has, admittedly other circumstances have helped to create a perfect storm for whoever’s playing the SP, IMHO this has had more of an effect on future investors decisions than the moaning and wailing on here.

I reckon the fact that the SP having been controlled/manipulated since the last placing has had more of an effect on LTH’s resilience, whilst also putting off potential buyers than anyone talking about trading on a BB. It’s also ironic that SP is where it is because it’s being traded.

I posted over 2 years ago that good news doesn’t help the SP, and IMO the SP would be held down/manipulated/kept in check until we dual listed, and I stand by that thought.

I posted facts, not asking for any rush, but more likely to have an effect on the investors than diatoms posts. I’m a veteran of 8 years, and know that things don’t normally happen quickly here. Before anyone gets on their high horse, I’m not having a go at the BOD

I’m not taking sides, however I think the manipulation of the SP and the fact that the BOD,s are aware of it and are happy for it to continue, will have more of an effect on current and possible future shareholders.

@ Pdub, very valid points, lets see what the next RNS says, but FM's references of gratitude to LTH's is beginning to sound meaningless if the SP continues along the same course that it has for the last 24 months.

Excellent post AM, surely we must hear answers to many of the points you have raised in the imminently due quarterly update. Getting off AIM must be a priority if practicably possible, otherwise how are we going to attract new LTH's.

I couldn’t get a quote down to £25, also rang ajbell and they couldn’t get any for me, quoting “illiquid” stock, they told me before giving me the code that it wasn’t trading on AIM, not having a good day with them.
