Simon profit is profit so well done but this should keep rising over the coming sessions as its still so undervalued! Fair value is 2-3x current mcap and that is before funding is confirmed which hopefully will happen quickly now. 3.4 looks set to fall with the next few buys!!

3.33 to buy! Interviews last week and over the weekend have shown how undervalued this currently is. Seller looks to be clear so we should run back over 4p in the current sessions.

3.24 to buy now! Only going one way after the last few sessions!

Ticking up already 3.19 to buy now! Going to see a rise back to fair value without the downward pressure

So hopefully we can see a steady sustained rise as so much news due over the coming days/weeks and months!

Something is being worked here or there will be some massive sells after hours! 20k moved this down 10% which is crazy

Stefan previously said a buy out would be a lot over 100m and someone would be getting a cheap deal at that!!! Current mcap under 8m

Also in the interview at the end they talk about selling the project and he says all options are on the table depending on what is the best return for shareholders! This could easily get taken out now at the right price.

So much news due! Project financing should be sorted quickly and then they can really crack on!!
