Flight the new company would have done its due diligence and would not have them continuing the talk of other deals if they were not going to happen. It would have been much easier for them just to squash everything previous and just move forward with the RTO as the single focus. Also within the RTO they could have easily just said they are happy to take on all the existing products and this would have kept the market and shareholders quiet.

I do feel they will get this over the line and I guess we will find out this week one way or another as if its not now it will be wrapped up in the RTO if that is expected before new year!

Looks like we will either be 100%+ up or 30-40% down by Friday then! I'm still holding the faith that they will get this deal over the line before the RTO

Will be a troubling situation if it is off and somehow you knew before everyone else!! Lets hope they come through and this moves forward.
