This will certainly rise over the next 30 days as people will want to be in. Only time will tell if its a good decision but I'm happy to see how this plays out and hopefully will look back in a few years and be pleased with the choice I made. GLA

Although not what we were looking for this does give some clarity moving forward and at least you know when to be holding to ensure you see the future value of the existing products.

In all fairness to ROQ they clearly run a very tight ship as there are no swings up or down and we would 100% know if news was leaked either way with massive sells or buys. As such we have to assume the deal is on as if not why not just issue an extension or retract it all together and tie it up in the RTO now.

If they pull this off alongside the RTO I think we will all do really well here. If we get an after hours RNS with deal off or another long stop then we are probably in trouble and expect a drop next week although again I do believe once the RTO happens we will still make good profits just becomes a longer term hold. GLA

Ballio I think we are close and maybe even a touch over that figure! Lots of very large holders here who have no intention of selling until fair value is achieved.

9th of July Rns has date but this one does not so we have no idea when this is from now!! Could be from over a month ago for all we know and we are just to assume its "current". See below and check the 9th July RNS

"URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders, being those with an interest in 3% or more of the depositary interests representing the ordinary issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as at 30 June 2025."

Certainly no leaks either as we are not seeing any swings either way!!

Indeed, hopefully just getting the final details confirmed and scheduling the cash payment!

Flight and are you saying that will be deal confirmed or extension (as you previously said).

Its always been a 50/50 for me and I'm happy to hold until RTO although if this comes off its a game changer.
