Hockey the new chairman is very active and visible on LinkedIn. Far more than the others on the BOD as far as I can see.

I notice people have started to engage and post opinions on CHAR via comments on his post and feed. This could be a better way for us humble PIs to share our opinions, disappointments and frustrations with CHAR directly to the Chairman. Of course this should be done respectfully and politely …. But we need a way of engaging and calling out these people who continuously reduce our value and enrich themselves. Our comments and feedback are then visible to his network of peers. Some may disagree and think ‘well what will that achieve’ …. Personally I think we have nothing to lose and it would very hard to ignore (which we are currently) Hopefully some may agree.

With hindsight - it was a massive red flag to see how little skin in the game Wallace and Julian MW have in terms of overall shareholding and purchase commitment at the 6.5p raise (just over £9k each). There are many on this Board who have more shares and bought more in the raise. The track record of both is woeful …. A CFO who has never produced revenue or a profit and a TD who has consistently failed to deliver anything that is viable.

How did they manage to keep a straight face F2F with investors, with the share collapse only days away. My trust level in any of the other ventures including onshore is next to zero. Strong leadership and clear communication is needed more than ever AP! Your technical team has to go - Wallace’s credibility is shot

Thanks Matrix - specifically what progress was discussed on the Namibia play and what timescale is there for funding of the SA power trading entity? I can see the presentation but hope there was more clarity, colour and certainty given in person. Also if you are happy to share: what was your view on our Anchois opportunity immediately after the AGM and also speaking to AP (given they already knew what was going to happen the very next day)

Still no comment on here from anyone who was in the room with the key people the day before the share price collapses …. Over the years we’ve always had one or two posters who have been in the AGMs

SP disaster or over reaction aside (depending on your pov) … can anyone who was in the meeting yesterday please share your thoughts on what you heard and saw in person with the BoD?
