I submitted 5 also. 2 were answered.

First was around the specific hold up on Loukos given that fund raise was supposed to be to deliver rapid time to value and production. (This is way down their priorities now …!)

Second was around management participation in fund raises (they participated to the extent they could afford at the time. But more interestingly to me was AP signalling family money not just his own being invested)

I had one around confidence in the Technical Teams decades long poor performance in not being able to deliver a single ounce of extracted resource and what would it take to change the team…. But unsurprisingly that was ignored.

Disgusting (to me) in the sense that they are not signalling belief in the opportunity by buying in over and above their bonus related scheme. AP has the cash and scale to speculate - it would be far stronger message/signal (imho) to see the CFO or CTO putting in £30k,£40k,£50k …..

Unless they see no return.

Absolutely disgusting how few shares the key board members (aside from AP) own yet take in approx £300k £500k each in base salaries.

Robert Kampf?I’ve not looked at this list for a while. Is he a recent investor? I could easily be wrong but I don’t recall him on here. That said I think I recall he is (or certainly was) a major shareholder in Rainbow Rare Earth also. Couldn't find much info on the guy previously. Does anyone here know much about him / background etc? Thanks

Thanks for the link. Just watching now. So much more clarity and information from this call - what a difference having an experienced FD on board makes - shareholder centric, financially disciplined and clearly holding Leon’s feet to the fire (finally) and acting as a brake to his free wheeling style and chaotic performance which had us lurching from one thing to another as new things attracted his attention.

Shame they feel it is not worth their time posting on this board anymore …

I have slightly less but feel similarly. How do I vote against the sale? Speculation and sniping will get us no where. For those who don’t like it - voting en masse as PIs could actually represent a bigger bloc then we might realise. Those who don’t want to explore this can do nothing, as is their right and prerogative.

Is there anyone on here who has the practical knowledge to guide us as to how to vote please?

+1 - oiltdr, personally I appreciate your contributions (as I am sure so many others). They certainly add and do not detract from the board imo.
