The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Why cant GR provide another loan like he did before and maybe sell arc shares. All we need is to see progress with Zulu and hopefully the share price will increase themn possibly look to make deal with kme if they still wanted ,and if $6million came in as well, that would give another boost
i think the hope is when $6million arrives the share price will rise above the .145p and kme will then be happy to procede with the deal, which should then give the share price a further boost.Just my thoughts, any other thoughts?
What about the $400k placing, Premier intends to use the proceeds of the Placing to assist with the funding of the ongoing due diligence on the Honey Badger Resources Limited ("HBR") acquisition, deal costs for the HBR and KME Plant (Proprietary) Limited transaction as announced (see RNS dated 14 February 2019) and general working capital necessary for the Group.
the HBR and KME deals did not happen so why cant the funds put aside for those deals be used to start zulu and hope the $6 million comes in soon as i am sure with that and Zulu drilling the share price will be much higher
the shares have already bee created and are already part of the 8,038,506,729 shares of Prem.GR would not been handing any control to shareholders ,it was a placing that never finalised as KME stalled,so PREM still hold these shares,so why not offer to existing shareholders and the BOD just to raise money and start drilling ZULU
212,413,793 shares at .145p have already been created to privide $400k for drilling Zulu. Why not offer these shares to existing shareholders and suggest that all members of staff also purchase so that there is plenty of incentive to get this moving.I am sure once Zulu start to progress the share price should rise and hopefully the $6 million will come soon, giving a further boost.
i emailed last week asking why the placing money was not being used to start drilling Zulu as the deal cost for KME and HBR was cancelled.I asked why are we just waiting for Zim gov all the time,we want Zulu to start ASAP.Im sure share price would rise with Zulu starting then another boost when $6mill finally arrives. Its all these delays and uncertanty causing the poor share price.
why can't the 212 + million shares be offered to existing shareholders at .0145p to provide the 400k to start drilling Zulu,we all know waiting for the Zim government for EPO could takes several months by which time its the rainy season.I am sure with the RHA money in the bank and drilling ready to start on ZULU the share price will rise well past 0.0145p.Just a thought
surely the 212,413,793 shares issued to KME should be cancelled if they are no longer drilling Zulu as a partner.GR said they have not been sold,so if KME deal is off then the shares should be cancelled.correct me if i am wrong
