A profit is a profit for a company making money, PET and others is just a project, not here to make money but to pay for the BOD retirement. I'm stuck in Kibo and that's a turd of a company, just waiting for things to turn around and get out or I'll just have to accept losing the money.

It's our own fault as PI's since we're not happy with gradual and stable increases in the Ftse so we end up going to AIM for the big rewards and hoping to hit the big time like the gold rush. Only invest big money in companies that are making money like Boohoo and ASOS. I've been stung so many times and was going to put some in PET but thought even if it's low money I'll be happy seeing it in the bank at least it won't go in the red as most shares in AIM

That's the whole point of having a research and development team to figure those things out. It all boils down to the management team, hopefully if they are successful then can bring in people with talent in.

That's AIM, the quality of the management isn't there. I mean for those AIM companies that don't have a revenue stream built yet when compared to AIM heavyweights like Boohoo and ASOS with a solid management set up.

It's amazing how people seem to time the market so well, bought on the all time low and sold up. Or managed to sell before it tumbled like somehow they knew it was coming. Look at Petrel, the Tamraz crew have messed about and the sp tanked but you'll get people somehow knowing it all
