TPG have made excellent progress over the last two to three years, confirmed by this excellent set of results. I like the newer AI initiative. The future is in AI in addition to their innovative engineering solutions.
A58. Hate to be pedantic but I did say real time was -20%. That was the basis for my “free fall” statement. Took me a few minutes to enter LSE site and log on so it was based on maybe the first 25/30 minutes of trading. -20% in half an hour is pretty much free fall however you look at it.
Still in the low 5s. So free fall has moderated now to bouncing along the bottom (or what I hope is the bottom)
Good luck.

When I posted, 5.50, when you posted, 5.30...still falling. Real time price, when I posted, was -20% and falling. To me that’s pretty much free fall. Maybe a slight recovery since then with the slack being taken up by bottom fishers. (Hopefully!)
It’s going to be a long road back with ENVIA suspended indefinitely.
“Drama queen” ? I don’t think so.
G
ps still holding but not buying till things settle down.
ITS IN FREE FALL !
You mean there’s even more detail? I think this morning’s RNS had enough...a quite complex deal, but shallow, proven field that’s got all the permits and is ready to go, says it all. Deserves a bigger rise. Look out tomorrow when the market wakes up. 👏👏
And this is only number one of, how many, I wonder?
G
Yes, MK, I did indeed just read the post not the header! Apologies.
Speed reading doesn’t always get the right result;-))
I am registered with SOU and get their regular updates and look at the webcam now and then.
Major part of my portfolio (along with ECHO&CORO)
But only recently joined LSE.
Will look in here a bit more often now
G
MK you appear very knowledgeable but how can you say a) te-9 groundwork’s haven’t started and b) they don’t know the exact location of TE10. a) see today’s te9 webcam and b)see last RNS re te10s exact location. Both your statements seem to be mistaken
G
Apologies, my shorthand, lazy way of describing the company’s inability to rapidly increase volume until more reactors are brought on stream. If they can’t cope with increased orders bottlenecks occur. Plans to expand need to be accelerated to cope with the increase in orders I expect to arise from the aero space industry when their testing and development projects are done. So, plan more reactors now due to length of time it takes to bring them to operational readiness.
How does that sound?
G
Unlikely to be new news. What more news is there until te-9 results? Not expecting anything tonight just a chance for a get together and an informal chat, perhaps expanding a little on what is already out there.
Nice to have feed back, it’s too far for me.
G
Pointless taking this on isn’t it,TT? What with all the production bottlenecks?
G
Just to add to previous contributions, this from Malcy today..
Sound has announced the completion of the entire 2,850 line km 2D seismic in Eastern Morocco. It has enabled the company to increase its understanding of the TAGI play, the deeper Palaeozoic potential and the hydrocarbon charge model. The new seismic has revealed in addition to the existing structures targeted by the planned wells a new, large Palaeozoic structure to the north west of the structural-stratigraphic play. If the hydrocarbon migration converges into this structure then it could emerge as the largest prospect in the entire basin and would become a target for the TE-11 well along with the Palaeozoic play in the Anoual licence.
The company also announces that it has finalised the location for the TE-10 well which will target the North East Lakbir prospect, a high impact TAGI play of some 2.6 TCF mid-case GOIP (1.5 TCF low case, 5 TCF high case) and will drill both the TAGI and the underlying Palaeozoic. These wells which will get underway in Q4 of this year should prove exciting for Sound shareholders who will look for a rewarding campaign. #returntoTendrara

Since they’ve only just decided on te-10s location they can’t have known precisely the picture, just a general scope of the area. That maybe explains why BM was talking about a disconnect. Now they have the precise location of the well they can be more targeted in their interpretation of the seismic. It’s all a bit more of an art than a science and BM is prett good at it. In exploration I think they should be given s bit off latitude due to the uncertainties surrounding what’s actually down there. Eg. Look at Chariots history of failures despite convincing seismics compared to SOU’s success rate and (even better) SDX’s !
G
Why the change? In a word seismics. That’s why they’ve been spending all this time with the vibrio trucks. Interpretation of the seismics has led them to decide exactly where te-10 is going to be drilled and to see what might be down there in both the tagi and the paleozoic.
