Vote No to placing, sell the fin concentrate and pay back into the company what these non performing BOD’s have siphoned.

Del - well said, it’s worrying that people will keep on giving the company unconditional support no matter what, I don’t take to kindly being backed into a corner by the company, I didn’t like it when the members were backed into a corner at 28p to allow the company to strengthen their negotiating position 18 months before the war started( no asset sale then), I I certainly don’t take to kindly to it now.

As I said CS will need to put a ‘believable’ sales pitch like never before.

Jarv - if anyone needs to grow up it’s you, we have been led a merry dance for far to long but the music has now stopped.

First they can explain what they have done with all the placing money before and then they can explain how they won’t blow more placing money and then, may be just then I will abstain at best on the placing aspect.

I just find the audacity of CS outrageous to request to place after the way he has treated shareholders/members over the years, the man has some cheek and backbone I have to say.

I agree we all have to make choices we are comfortable with.

TCM- CS has shown nothing but financial mismanagement so no I will not be giving him support in that respect. By voting against at least we will get a conclusion one way or another quicker and will not have this circus dragging on indefinitely.

It may just focus EUA to get its act together, you can’t just continuously balls up, keep shareholders in continual silence and then back them into a corner and expect support.

TCM - the webinar will not contain any market sensitive info as that would need to be RNS’d, what it will be a exercise CS backing members into a corner and putting on his best sales pitch forward, the underlying theme will be to get support for the placing, I guess then it comes down to members either backing CS or calling his bluff, I will be voting against the placing as I have said all along I would do.

OSF - I agree CS will be doing a Zelensky style sales pitch, let’s hope it is backed with substance for once.

This is starting to look good, I expect many thought a sell off would happen after the AGM RNS but it’s been the opposite, with trump soon to be in power, the great salesman aka Zelensky now starting to face the end game and secondary listing, many of the head winds are easing.

Such that I bought more today, will now hold the shares until the end now.
