Maybe if the company want to promote them selves and raise investor confidence they should start to do proactive interviews? When was the last time these lot did a interview?

Maybe if they faced up instead of hiding for months on end and then come out with a begging bowl they may find support easier to get, just a thought CS

I have to say i am not getting carried away/excited with a non material event and am expecting usual excuses that they cannot answer questions or provide specifics.

Would have preferred DS to speak, just feel he has so much to say and wants to say but has been deliberately sidelined.

I really can’t see the directors answering all the awkward questions relating to finances that the good people on this board have raised which are valid points, with that in mind I think it’s financial suicide for all shareholders to allow them to place, I believe we need to call their bluff, they need to get their fingers out of their backsides and start to put the small shareholders first and start to deliver with results, once they can demonstrate that they they will find support will be there.

Would you lend money to someone who never pays you back and then says lend me more because otherwise I can’t pay you back.

The company have put us in this situation, they need to get out of it on their own, their mess, their problem and I will be voting NO to placing.

I think people attributing the recent share price rise to a imminent asset sale are obviously trying to mislead folk, if we were close to a asset sale we would not be voting on placings etc IMO

Butty - this is the problem letting CS and his cronies place more shares, there is far too much mystery/unknowns with what they have done with all the money that was raised @26 and 22p, i find it bizarre that when we have people in charge who have demonstrated no financial management but request they be allowed to place more shares just because they are forgoing salaries for a short period.
