If as EIE01 states we should not be surprised at yesterdays dire situation as all this was communicated some times ago, then in that case if EUA came out of suspension tomorrow with what we know, who thinks this would still be trading between 2-3p?

I for one think this would collapse to less than 0.5p, yet i supposedly knew all the facts some time ago?

EIE01 - well i would say the severity of the situation is a lot clearer as per yesterday than it was when they mentioned they had working capital up to Q3/24.

If they had done the accounts on time we would have the chance to exit before suspension if we wanted with all financial facts to make our decision how we saw fit, but they did not make these available, so i disagree with you, they have been very disingenuous, but thats EUA for you.

We know EUA dont like to tell share holders anything in real time, had we known before the suspension what we found out yesterday with the dire situation everyone would have scrambled to exit door, but in typical EUA fashion they deemed it not worthy news to be share with the 'members', instead we were all led to believe they had a income stream from concentrate sale.

We call argue with all the what/ifs and buts until the cows come home, but there is nothing we can do, we cant vote the charlatans out so are now in a situation of being shafted and praying for divine intervention of some sorts because this is really not at all looking good no matter how you dress it up.

The asset sale is the only option in town IMO, the BOD’s are snookered tight behind the yellow with the black surrounded by reds, can they fluke an escape route?

Regarding loan that is not an option IMO, the war is not ending soon, they can’t sell the concentrate, the terms of the loan due the risk will have BOD’s by the ba lls, the share price will dwindle away and the can kicking will continue whilst it can.

Now what is clear is the BOD’s backs are against the wall like never before, all escape routes are blocked and their desperation to salvage anything from this self-made wreck may allow them to get something out with a significant hair cut?

So we don’t know if it’s to end or start of November because that would too much useful information to disclose and will break NDA’s and Putin will not allow it.

So assuming it’s to 30th Nov and fat cats can rinse 3 more months I am not now expecting any update if any at all before end of Nov.
