Hi Offler - Yes I am in HE1, very volatile stock and it moves all over the place just like today, very difficult to read and tends to do the opposite of what you expect, but never boring for sure.

Quite conceivable it could go under 1p tomorrow or end up at 1.5p.

As I don’t think the company expected todays outcome.

I hope they are looking to clarify a few points and stabilise the share price, a JV would be very welcome.

The key thing I expect them to do is be looking to restore share holder confidence and make clear the future funding options, should they be what we hope then I expect this will recover very fast and the picture could well be looking very different by Friday IMO.

One thing you learn after being in EUA for 6 years, nothing surprises me with this lot.

You sort of become immune to bad news, BS RNS’s, it’s quite numbing actually.

I would not put money on accounts being completed full stop.

The reason there is speculation and counter speculation on what is happening/happened, material offers, no material offers etc etc etc, is down to the awesome prowess and communication skills of the best BOD's on aim.

We all know HE1 do not have the money to go to production, just like EUA didn't have the money to go to production. These companies are exploration companies, they never go to production. They do all the leg work for the big boys, de-risk for the big boys and either sell out to them or go into a JV just like KOD.
