Current mcap is 66m with about I am guessing about 200k left in the coffers to pay fat cats CS, Artem legals and accountants.

That is unsustainable mcap on resumption of trading so fair value is around 0.1p.

Best bet stay suspended and pray we get 2-3p if offered.
